    Unfortunately I ordered goods without seeing these reviews. This was over two weeks ago and am still waiting. I have telephoned them three times and will not use them again. They , ofcourse, were very prompt at taking my money as they took my payment when I ordered

    I ordered because the website was well designed + informative, plus the price quoted for my goods was competitive. 10 working days after order was placed, I emailed for update on delivery. I was told early the following week. When no confirmation of dispatch occurred by the middle of that week, I emailed my complaint at non-delivery and asked to cancel the order.     The website is lovely to look at. DON'T USE IT. This company will not deliver what you order. They will, however, take your money immediately. They WON'T reply to your queries whichever email you use. Shame really because it would probably be easier for them to run a decent company... and the products that did arrive were nice.     I did order & then read the reviews which were awful!
    however although the order was later than expected the items delivered were good quality & I had no problem contacting the company & got a truthful reply ie items have been dispatched! (at the time did not believe)

    I ordered a box of stuff from The Cooks Kitchen for my son to take to university. We are still waiting and he has now left for uni without the products from 'cooks kitchen'
    The website is very professional and well organised unfortunately the service does not back this up. After my goods didn't arrive I telephoned 'Cooks kitchen' twice only to be told by an automated voice that I was first in the queue but left hanging on for 30 minutes when the phone eventually went dead.     Bought a large kitchen trolley. The quality was fantastic, much better than the price point suggested, I ordered over the phone and they were very hopeful and had good product knowledge. The item turned up on time and I will be using The Cooks Kitchen again.

    The Cooks Kitchen website is well organised and gives you confidence in the site, but the service was appalling and problems are still not resolved. I ordered some kitchenware on 21st June. On 23rd June my credit card was charged. 14 working days later, still no goods (the website claims that UK deliveries will be within 4 to 10 working days). Spent 45 minutes on the phone to customer services in queue position 2, then 1, but never got an answer. Definitely the worst internet ordering experience ...

    Bought a le creuset Wok from the cooks kitchen after a browser search revealed them as a fair priced and apparently professional outlet - alas when the item did not appear, I was tersely advised to contact the haulage company involved who could only confirm the item had been collected and 'left at the back of a house in Derbyshire' futher enquiries were met with no response - Having learned my lesson the hard way with these guys, I now stick to Ebay and Amazon where the service providers will m ...

    Absolutely appalling service from The Cooks Kitchen. They wont give details of when items will be dispatched, mislead you on delivery times and dates and then expect you to chase the courrier company when everything goes wrong. My goods have still not arrived after almost 3 weeks and from the sound of these reviews i'm not confident they will be what i'm hoping for.
    I would definately not recommend them and will not be using them again

    The Cooks Kitchen didn't send what I ordered, when i rang up about it after 2 weeks they said it was out of stock, coming in the next day, when it did arrive it wasn't even what I ordered!! They said I could send it back if I didn't want it, but the postage would have cost more than the item was worth. I emailed to complain and they never even bothered to reply.

    I puchased an item before Xmas and received an email confirmation which stated the price and what would be debited to my credit card. They then charged me double stating that £8.50 was for postage and packaging.

    When I questioned this charge they initially responded with no apology stating that the extra charge was for postage even though there was no confirmation of following my order. I have since not received any email replies from them.

    I ordered an item on 23/11/08 as a Xmas present. I chased it several times as I was concerned I wouldnt get it in time - I even said if they can't get it to me, refund me and I will go elsewhere. I was finally told the item would be with me Xmas Eve at the latest.

    The Cooks Kitchen website, www.thecookskitchen.com, I came across as recommended by The Times Magazine last Saturday. Their range and choice is second to none and delivery was very prompt. Recommend this website+++

    Had to buy elsewhere but at least found much cheaper. Cooks Kitchen failed to delivery within promised time then charged me £5 to cancel my order.

    The The Cooks Kitchen website is really well designed and the range is fantastic. I love it. Customer service is great, really felt I was being looked after at all stages.

    I ordered two cake tins for my husbands birthday they hadnt arrived 2 days before his birthday so i emailed them, they told me they were out of stock when previously i was told they were available. They cancelled my order and i still havn't had my money back. I do not recommend www.thecookskitchen.com.

    On the 22nd of November I ordered 2 Mugs, a Cake Mould and a Stoneware Dish from them. All were marked as available when I ordered them. They took payment on 26th November.
