They look lovely in the kitchen, are quite heavy so seem well made. For the fussy people, the colours show slight differences ie they are predominantly cream but slightly different shades of cream. They seal well and are easy to open. Very good price. With Cooks kitchen it seems to be a matter of "We may or may not have one but we'll take your money then then forget you" Ordered two teapots mid february, order was accepted and money taken, since then nothing apart from "your order has been received & we'll email when it's despatched". The item I ordered never arrived. A badly damaged item, however, did arrive to my neighbour's. It took some time for them to bring it over to me. I have never been so disappointed by an online purchase before. I ordered a bamboo steamer from the cooks kitchen for my mother in law a week before kitchen. I then sent an email to them to check that it was in stock and would be received in time for Christmas, I received an email back letting me know they would have to order from the manufacturer and wouldn't make it in time, so we agreed that I would be refunded! I have had to chase this order up by phone THREE times now.
