    Good Points: Maintains pace of entire workout and so limits breaks in between sets. Also works all parts of body and small increments in levels make advancement rapid.


    Bad Points: The sound is sometimes too low when the gym is busy and too loud when gym is quiet. Also people use the machine for 40 mins at a time and there's only one.


    General comments: Our gym got a VCT Training Screen on loan to try out. At first no-one used, then after 4 or 5 weeks nearly all the regulars were using it. People feel self-conscious at first, but once they see others using it, it becomes like a mirror.

    I don't know what the cost of the VCT screen is but if I were to set up a gym it would be one of the essential machine like a treadmill.
