    Good Points: Friendly and helpful. I have bought from them on several occasions, and been more than happy with the service and price.


    Bad Points: I haven't found any yet


    General comments: If you are not sure if the size will fit and order more than one, then, use the paid parcel returns, as it only costs 99p, which is under half the cost of you paying for returns to Shop-shop.com.

    I haven't heard from them since they 'cancelled my order', yet it appears they are still attempting to remove the money from my bank. I haven't had an online experience where my financial and personal information feels threatened until using Shoe-Shop.com. I will wait to see what happens...
