Good Points: Nothing good to say about this company.

Bad Points: Where do I start!

General comments: Oh Dear! Looks like I ve ordered my wedding shoes from the wrong web site. I placed my order on the 28th Feb and to this day still haven't received them, they took my money straight after placing the order. I left about 5 messages after the 30 days, on there answer phone and a lovely lady did call me back and set my mind at rest, and said that the shoes were out of stock and I would receive them in the next 2 weeks. But.....guess what? Nothing! I have called them again and left messages but not had a reply. Talk about adding to the stress!

Ordered shoes which did not arrive for ages - in between agreed to cancel the order.
The shoes arrived and we agreed that they could be sent back and we'd receive a refund plus postage because of their mix up.
Posted everything back and despite emails bouncing back and forth we've not been able to get in contact with them now.

Which ever body policies these websites has failed miserably. I am now stuck unable to obtain this particular shoe for my daughter's imminent Holy Communion.

This is the same old story as everyone else I'm afraid. I returned shoes to them and still haven't received my refund. My emails to them bounce back, some American voicemail on their phone, and now the website has been pulled, so there is no way of contacting them. I have contacted trading standards though and my bank, it seems there may be something that can be done, but I won't hold my breath.

Why did I not read this site before I ordered from Tiny Treats! I would never have done business with them. Ordered favours in November, they never arrived, and nor has the refund. I have contacted them by mail several times, each time being promised that my refund is on its way. Last email was around two weeks ago, and now the emails are being returned as undelivered and their website appears to have disappeared.

I have also ordered from this site to be told the 30 days story. Having waited for the 30 days, I contacted the email address to have my mail returned as unknown address. I am also not able to get to the web site. Have contacted Hartlepool Trading Standards. I may then be able to get the refund from my credit card company.

I emailed them to say that I needed my shoes earlier than 30 days. I received emails telling me that they would do their best to get them to me. However, I emailed back a few days later asking for a estimated delivery date for my order and I had no reply and I have heard nothing for 2 weeks. Their website seems to have crashed and there is no point in me calling just to get an American man tell me to leave a message. I emailed one last time telling them what I thought about their customer servic ...

I ordered shoes from the site in February which they told me were out of stock. So I cancelled the order and was told I would be refunded the money straight away. It is now nearly 3 months later and I still have not had the money. I have had none of my phone calls returned and have not had emails replied too. The level of customer service is disgusting and it is unwanted stress when you are planning a wedding.

Only 1 sent of cufflink delivered when ordered 2 - had note written on invoice saying I would be refunded for the cost of 1 pair as they were out of stock. 1 month later no refund. Have contacted via email and telephone - no one gets back to you or refunds your money! The goods are nothing special and for the hassle its not worth it

I wish I had found these reviews before ordering from this company. I placed an order for 2 pairs of shoes over a month ago, planning on sending one pair back. they took the payment of £159 immediately and i heard nothing until i emailed them 2 wks later when they told me the shoes were out of stock.

i then asked them to cancel my order and refund me. they said they would refund me within 30 days as per terms and conditions. this seems outrageous seeing as though i didnt actually receiv ...

Ordered shoes 16th January, money taken from account > Normal I thought. After not hearing anything I contacted them through e-mail . Eventually got a reply to say they had not got the shoes in stock but would check and phone me on the Monday.
Several Mondays came and went I heard nothing. Eventually got a response to my further e mail to say the shoes would not be coming in stock and I would get a refund. Still waiting.
Tried the phone number listed with yellow pages, this is out of order. !! ...

I have finally got my refund but have not been able to do this on my own back trading standards have been involved so i advise anyone with any problems to get in touch with trading standards in hartlepool town they will help you as they are aware of whats happening.

The company said they would process my refund and even went as far as telling me they had done it and it would take a few days to show in my account - well a few days seems to be nearly 2 months. I am having no luck with the credit card company to dispute the issue because I don't have an email with exactly the right wording to day I am due a full refund! Do these companies plan these things so customers lose out from both sides! Tiny treats wont reply to any of my emails now so it looks like I ...

I have had the same problem as everyone else on this review site. I ordered a tiara before Christmas and am still waiting for it, they have taken the money from my account. I had emails to start with to say it had been mailed out and I should expect it in a few days then I got another email to say it had been returned to them and they would mail it out again. Well where is it?????????

Trying to be organised for my wedding in May, I thought I would purchase the shoes I liked/needed for my fittings. Managing to get through and order the shoes I selected with no problems was a relief for about 1 week.

I never received the shoes within 5 days as promised and the money was taken from my account. I emailed tiny treats to have a reply saying if I hadn't received the shoes by mid-week to mail again and they would chase up. They did mention they couldn't see them being signed for as ...

My partner ordered a pair of shoes for our wedding on 2nd December 2007. They debited the account immediately and only after being chased about delivery did they admit that the item was not in stock.
They claimed they had sent them out. They constantly dodged requests for a refund and now refuse to answer our telephone calls or e-mails. I have now reported them as this is a case of False Representation.
I will update this site with what happens.

Tiny Treats appeared on the outside to be quite a reputable company who wanted to give me the best service, and very quick to take the money even when they had no shoes to send me. By the time I had read the reviews and seen for myself the reviews about this company I wish i had never done business with them in the first place.

SERIOUS WARNING - Do not buy anything from this company. Its is not professional. I was getting married in September and after spending hours trailing through to the many Bridal Boutiques and Bridal Fairs for Shoes and Tiaras I came across the Tiny Treats website, unfortunately for me and my then fiances budget. I didn't check any reviews on this site and therefore having found several items i liked i ordered them from the online website. (Big Mistake). I paid over '£200 on my credit card ...

I ordered a wedding day memories box back in august last year and have still yet to receive it, or the refund I have requested on numerous occasions via e-mail. It's a complete waste of time phoning, as the only response is an answering machine and nobody has ever rung back - even if you leave a message. Luckily, my wedding was not affected by this poor service as it had already taken place in July and I only found this site after the event purely to purchase a memento box, which i have now foun ...
