PLACED ORDER PAYED, AWAITED DELIVERY. 8 DAY'S LATER NO DELIVERY, LOG'D IN TO MY ACCOUNT TO FIND THAT MY ORDER STATUS SHOWS CANCELLED. TELEPHONE CALLS ATTEMPTED OVER TWO DAYS, GET THROUGH TO AUTOMATED CHOICE OF WHICH DEPARTMENT,HAVE TRIED ALL FOUR, ALL RING OUT. CALLED MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY TO FIND THAT MY MONEY HAD BEEN RETURNED,6 DAYS AFTER THE PURCHASE. GOOD TO GET MONEY BACK BUT BUT TERRIBLE WAY TO TREAT CUSTOMERS. STAY CLEAR IF I WERE YOU. (read more)

Ordered goods from their website as they claimed to have the item in stock. Money was taken out of my account straight away even though the goods had not been dispatched. After a week the order had not arrived so decided to call them. Turns out the that goods were NOT in stock but were in fact on order and would not arrive until December. I ordered an item from TV Aerials.com. Two items were delivered and after contacting their customer service about the error, I was asked to return the second one. I ended up being out of pocket when I had to return it at my own expense without getting a refund. (read more)

Placed an order with this company. After telling me that they could not supply the item and cancelling my order, they promply despatched the wrong item, charged me for the correct one, and left me to pick up the pieces as by then I had already ordered the the item elsewhere. (read more)

I ordered a Humax PVR online late on a Sunday afternoon for normal free delivery, expecting it to take until Monday to be actioned and several days to be delivered. I received an email on Monday indicating that it had been picked for despatch and was going out for delivery on Tuesday – so promptly that I had not made arrangements to be at home. I shopped around and this company was the cheapest. I originally ordered a humax freeview PVR for my mum on the Monday morning. I was led to believe it would be sent that afternoon and I would have it Tuesday. In the end they sent it on Tuesday and I got it on Wednesday (luckily I had postponed my drive down to Cornwall by a day so it didn't matter).
