The website wsa very easy to use but I had a query on finding my gas metre number and was then advised on the phone that the best deal on the site was not really the best deal. The service over the phone was execellent but I don't understand why the deal recommended over the phone is different from the web site recommendation and this has made me wary of using the site in future (read more)
