Apart for the initial phone call, all of my communication with Supercover has been via email, which for me is beneficial for me, as it allows me to communicate in my own time, and pass along requested information. The customer service has been good so far, although I am still awaiting a reply to an email sent on the 19/01/2016. Not a long wait, but I would at least like confirmation that this has been received. Other than that, all customer service has been polite and efficient. I do not like that I have to request details, such as Proof of Purchase, to send to them. Of course, I understand why this needs to be done, but to be told that one format sent is incorrect, and that I have to ask again did become arduous. It'd be nice if this was done on the customer's behalf.

Really pleased with the level of Customer Service our Project Manager left his phone on the Tube and we had a replacement within 48 hours.

as a customer Was happy with how quick the claim was dealt with, the staff were very helpful, there were no delay when emailing your staff they got back to me straight away with the answers to my questions.I am still waiting to receive my handset as there was a slight mix up with the tracking order. But when i receive my handset i will be happy once again. Thanks for your time.

Was a bit disapointed that my renewal had not been updated from oct 14 although after chasing myself these were eventually done and the timescale once on was very fast and very happy with the service and communication received

damage to phone, dealt with one person, who kept me updated through email. Liked that I had a choice of how I wanted to proceed with my claim. I was reimbursed for mones paid out in quick time. Really satisfied.

I have Supercover for my two children's mobile phones. In the last year I have had to make a claim for both of these for accidental damage. Supercover personnel were polite and efficient and, quite rightly, were thorough in their investigation of each claim to ensure the claims were genuine. From start to finish of the claims, it took around a week to get the phones back in working order which seems pretty reasonable to me. If it were possible to have a multi phone policy I would find this useful.

Christmas almost sorted then my tablet died. Playlist ... gone. Movie library ... gone. I even had saved five seasons of Broadwalk Empire in case of a boredom emergency. But after a week of unsuccessfully getting a live response from my tablet I finally gave Supercover a call. It really was as simple as their instructions read. My claim 1678296 was approved the very same day. I'm devastated i have no device in time for Christmas but I'm happy with Supercover's quick and personable service.

Very good, were straight forward and easy to talk to. Sorted out the problems quickly and did not hang around. Could have contacted me when the proof of purchase was not received due to incorrect email, however once the phone was sent and received they repaired/replaced it very quickly. Would recommend.

This is the second time I have had to claim on my gadget Insurance, once for a broken screen and once for an unexplained shut down. Each time my gadget has been replaced without any hassle and am very pleased that I stopped and invested the money . The only draw back is the excess is a wee bit high and the phone call at the start is priced at 10p a minute and you are on the phone for a while.u

I got Gadget Cover as an extra on my building+contents insurance through Kwik Fit last year as I thought it sounded like good value. I had to make use of the cover on 2 different Tablets within the space of 10 days -- the first was my Asus Fonepad that cracked its screen when it fell out of my hands, and the other was an older Nexus 7 that my mother-in-law had sat on... The claims process for the Fonepad was pretty straightforward because I'd bought it from a retailer (Carphone Warehouse) that included the serial number on the receipt (I sent a scan of that as proof of purchase). I made the claim on a Thursday, and after a follow-up phone call on Friday, and another on Monday, they asked me to pay the excess of £25 by credit card and told me to send the Fonepad to them by special delivery (which cost me another £8.50). Finally, today (1 week from when I made the claim) they contacted me to tell me that the device could not be repaired, and offered me £150 in Argos vouchers, which I accepted as that should cover most of the cost of buying a replacement device (unfortunately Argos appear to be out of stock of my chosen replacement). Pro: 1) fairly quick and easy claims process. 2) the staff I talked to were helpful and courteous. Cons: 1) It would have been good to have an easy check-list of the documents and other information they required so I could have provided it all in one go (which would probably have saved them some time and money too). 2) Some sort of pre-paid returns process would also have been useful. 3) Regarding my other claim for the Nexus tablet, I had bought it through Tesco Direct, who do not record serial numbers and are paperless (as far as they are concerned, the email confirmation of purchase IS my proof of purchase), so there was rather more effort involved -- on their advice I requested a VAT receipt in PDF format and forwarded that to Supercover. More clarity in the wording and expectations would have helped.

My Samsun galaxy 3 was completely ruined after dropping it on a hard floo. Had a real issue trying to get my contract from my network provider, byt once that was passed over to Supercover insurance, they were unbelievably quick..I sent my phone to them on Monday and received a brand new phone on Thursday! Really really pleased! Thank-you

Reference number: 1446888 I have been very impressed by how quickly my claim has been sorted out. However the initial stages in my claim were slightly delayed due to the specificity of the paperwork required. Google Play do not send the correct documents with the phone; instead you must contact them separately and ask them to email you with the appropriate invoice that states IMEI as well as your name. Although this was not the fault of Supercover insurance, this could be made more clear in the T&C. Aside from this minor delay, the value for money is impressive, particularly when considering the quality of customer service. It feels as though the customer service advisers treated you as a person, rather than just another customer. They keep you up to date with regular contact about the progress of your claim. To top this off, I ended up with a replacement for my damaged phone approximately 48 hours after sending it off! Definitely the best insurance company I have come across.

I received very helpful and good service from everybody I dealt with my only problems were that i gave all the details of the claim over the phone all very detailed and then I was sent a form to repeat it all again,whilst I understand the reviewer going over the details direct I think the form could be filled out on the initial call as they are typing it anyway then we can sign it and email back.... But the customer service was very good. I did think the replacement was within 48 hours not just the review I do pay over seven pound it's not a lot cheaper than direct phone insurance that replace your phone in 24/48 hours. But if I receive my phone by tomorrow as promised it will of been 5days so still worth the money at the moment.

No one likes making an insurance claim, but Supercover made the experience quick and painless. From first contacting them to make my claim, to receiving a replacement mobile phone took eight working days. All the staff I dealt with were friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend them.
