Good Points: Easy to understand.
Bad Points: Would have like more recipes.
General comments: Julie Browns Slim Plan Diet is easy to understand, although I would have liked more recipes. As they say, it's simple and effective, and you can just buy ordinary food on the Slim Plan Diet.

I found Julie Brown's Slim Plan to work. It was easy to understand and so far no problems with it.
