We have a Technika DVDR2005 DVD player and it is only playing the backround audio i.e. music etc but not the full sound with voices. We've tried all of the audio setting but it won't work! It's not the TV either because the sound on this is working perfectly… Read Full Review

It will play through scart, optical, S-Video and composite video.
It has multiple analogue and… Read Full Review

Sadly, the DVD drive on my Technika DVDR 2005 DVD recorder failed today, after 8 months of use. The tray slides in or out with a juddery movement, and it won't read any disks.
<br/>Unfortunately, Tesco no longer sell this model.

Fat32 would need additional device driver code and probably more memory as well. Making the unit more expensive.
