I travelled from England to stay at Johnstons Apartments in Tobago. Unfortunately what I thought would be a welcoming stay turned into a hostile, uncomfortable one. The hotel employee who dealt with our booking was incredibly rude and irate; she had no concept of customer service and no people skills. I was astonished to find our booking had been messed up despite a deposit being paid well in advance. She made no effort to resolve the matter and instead resorted to sarcasm in her response to... I traveled to Johnston`s apartments this march 2006 and it was better than any other resort on the island for their rates. Travelgirls review indicated that she did not get any respect but I think sometimes in order to gain respect you have to give respect but I would recommend Johnston`s apartments to any vacationer!
