    Door seasls constantly leak. lottery if you get clean dishes. Heater malfuntioned,door hinge broken, pile of scap!

    This CDA MX194 is my first dishwasher I have ever owned thought it was good for the first 12 months. then I started having problems with the door lock, then glasses cloudy and pots all don't come out clean, used salt but didn't think I should need to as I don't have hard water. Now having problems with it bleeping and not finishing cycle, found out bottom of dishwasher has water in it so soaked it up with a sponge, its now filling back up slowly as I managed to put a load on. something is leakin ...

    I got a CDA MX194 dishwasher. I have always had dishwashers and this one is by far the worst. The door doesn't always lock well. Tried to use a 'dishwasher cleaner' and it ended up causing problems with the draining, and now doesn't work. Dishes are usually cloudy despite using salt and recommended cleaning products (non-citrus), and a rinse aid.

    The worst dishwasher I've had the mis fortune of owning! Does not clean properly always need to rewash a few by hand.

    I had no problems at all with my CDA MX194 dishwasher in the first 9 months, and having a dishwasher really is life changing when you have as many kids as us! However, when it did go wrong the problems started.

    We have been waiting six weeks for a replacement control panel. Customer care never answer the phone so you have to leave a message, but they do call you back. Unfortunately, when they do it's just excuses. It is fair to say though that we also have a CDA washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, ...
