Good Points: I found the inexpensive form of Juno a terrific way to get into E-mailing and web-browsing. I loved the Juno format for E-mailing so much that when I finally changed over to Comcast for faster connecting, I kept Juno as my E-mail provider. They're great for anyone to use to use if speed is not a problem.
Bad Points: I have worked with Juno since I started on the web. (10 or more years) I found the ads on the free Juno service annoying but heck it's free. If they can get ads to help pay for your free use of the internet then more power to them!! Downloading files and pictures can be quite time consuming.
General comments: The ads are few and very easy to delete or ignore as you use Juno longer.
It's great for saving money. Not as great for saving time. If you have more time than money or you're a beginner Juno is a really good choice!

I have used Juno Internet Service Provider for over 10 years. Everybody has ads, that can't be helped; it's just like television. Once you get past that irritation, it's ok. I haven't had a problem with Juno for the last several years.

Much of the text that you receive on your Juno homepage is the same advertising that they force you to watch when you dial the internet.
