Horrible service. I have still not received my $60 order. I was able to contact support through email after waiting a week for a reply. They replied advising that they have no control over the postal system (broken English). However, they offered to reprint my order and ship it again. It has been two weeks since then and I have still not received the reprint order. I would not recommend FOTO.COM. Spend a little more and actually receive your order. It is not worth the risk.

Absolutely one of the worst online companies I have every had the misfortune to use. Still waiting for the delivery - they have an order tracking facility, which confirms my order is overdue but there is NO WAY TO CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! There is a 'contact' page but it just refers you back to the order tracking page or the FAQs page. There is a postal address but no email or phone number!

FOTO.com are so pathetically cynical that they don't even pretend to care about customer service. On ...

I wish I'd read these reviews before ordering. FOTO.com is rubbish!
use photobox instead!
I had to pay £3 P&P twice because I ordered 2 different sizes of picture.( never heard of that before!) For a total of about 12 pictures I paid about £10 - £6 of which was p&p.
10 days later and I am still waiting for half my order. After 3 days I did get a repsonce to my email saying "wait another 5 days in case they are still in the post."
I can't even ring them - they are very slow at ...

I decided to use Foto.com as I had heard they were good value for money. To be fair I went on their site because of the offer of twenty free prints any number of times, which I thought was a result( I think this might be a unique offer?). However, as always I got persuaded into buying another product off their website...it was all too easy to download, order and pay. Order NEVER arrived!!! No phone numbers available to call FOTO.com. They have NOT REPLIED TO MY EMAILS... And I paid £50 (approx $80) for my photo portrait and NOTHING arrived in the last 4 weeks... Complete RIP OFF!!!

I put two orders with FOTO.com on 9th and 11th January. The one on the 11th arrived within a few days and the prints were fine. I still do not have the order on 9th.

I sent them an email and they said there was a process problem and the photos had been dispatched. This was on 19th. I would expect the photos to arrive within 3 days (that is what they say).

I felt though quality of Calenders I ordered was VERY poor
Ordered 3 Personalised Calenders - received 1 of mine and 2 for other people

Foto.com advertised picture greeting cards, stating order by 7th December...then one week later place a sign on the site saying that they may not be able to dispatch till 31st Dec!! These were xmas cards?!

They offer free prints both from where I uploaded the prints from (picassa) and on there website they also offer free prints. But they actually charged me for the full print package. As far as I am aware there is no way of contacting them to dispute this. There email is a waste of time in my opinion, no one ever answers emails and they provide no telephone numbers it seems therefore I do not recommend Foto.com.

Very dissappointed with what at first looked like a cheap and cheerful website. As soon as I ordered my photos, I realised I had made a mistake and needed to cancel them. I trawled through their terms and conditions and FAQs and couldn't find any information on how to cancel my order. I couldn't do it from the 'track my order' part of the website and emailed them many times, but I never received a reply (despite the average email response times they publish saying 24 hours or whatever). When I ordered my photos I was really pleased that I had found a website that was cheap, intuitive to use, and offered me everything I wanted. Now I know I will never use this site again. I do not normally write reviews, but the service I received was spectacularly bad in my opinion. The tracking system told me my photos had been dispatched a day after the order. I wish I had read these reviews before going anywhere near this site. I ordered a photo collage poster FOUR weeks ago for my husbands birthday and still have heard or received nothing.
You cannot contact these people in any way this is the biggest con ever.
To say I am angry is putting it mildly,

I felt that the quality of the photos were not true to the quality taken. Darker or too light that distorted the image. We ordered matt photographs but they had a strange glittery quality and were slightly blurred. Not a very good print at all.

Read whole review: illuminating info at the bottom...Disaster with this site. I was really happy when I found what appeared to be a cheap photos printing site, that was intuitive to use. I was hoping that this would be the first of many visits...now I am certain it was my last.I sent my order through the website. The money was taken immediately. The tracking system told me that my photos were dispatched the next day.

The reviews here seem very negative, not sure if we use the same website. As for me, my experience was very positive with foto.com. I used foto.com office Belgium and with 5 euros, I received 120 passport-sized photos. The cost of developing the photos is very low and I think it was a very good purchase I made. The photos arrived on time (about 1 week after I order, from Belgium to Luxembourg). The only problem is that it's hard to upload the photos to the website. One way to fix the problem is ...

Having paid for 200 prints and recieved a confirmation order number I tried to track my order but recieve a caption saying "No Response Found". I paid through PayPal and on the email confirming payment there is an email address of the recipient but any emails to this just gets returned advising that it is Spam. Emailing them through their own website is a waste of time as I had no response to that either. There are NO TELEPHONE numbers that I could find in order to try to resolve the prolems. Th ...

If i had read this review I would never have ordered from FOTO.com www.foto.com. I wouldn't mind them occasionally making a genuine mistake but the prints I did receive have the order number on the back and the persons name! Surely it can't be that hard to then post it to the correct person!!??

Prints ordered from FOTO.com at start of month, it's now the 19th and no prints but money taken. Still waiting to see what prints I'd avoid in future. Good points, would not know any, have had no prints back yet

I found it impossible to reach them in case of problem.I ordered a photo book, they took the money but haven't delivered.Wouldn't recommend this site to develop your photos.Very bad service
