Good Points: -On time delivery -Excellent quality-Low price
Bad Points: -I found it difficult to upload the pictures
General comments: The reviews here seem very negative, not sure if we use the same website. As for me, my experience was very positive with foto.com. I used foto.com office Belgium and with 5 euros, I received 120 passport-sized photos. The cost of developing the photos is very low and I think it was a very good purchase I made. The photos arrived on time (about 1 week after I order, from Belgium to Luxembourg). The only problem is that it's hard to upload the photos to the website. One way to fix the problem is to do that at late night or early morning (I uploaded my photos at 11pm and it was quick).I will definitely use their service again.

Having paid for 200 prints and recieved a confirmation order number I tried to track my order but recieve a caption saying "No Response Found". I paid through PayPal and on the email confirming payment there is an email address of the recipient but any emails to this just gets returned advising that it is Spam. If i had read this review I would never have ordered from FOTO.com www.foto.com. I wouldn't mind them occasionally making a genuine mistake but the prints I did receive have the order number on the back and the persons name! Surely it can't be that hard to then post it to the correct person!!??

Prints ordered from FOTO.com at start of month, it's now the 19th and no prints but money taken. Still waiting to see what prints I'd avoid in future. Good points, would not know any, have had no prints back yet

I found it impossible to reach them in case of problem.I ordered a photo book, they took the money but haven't delivered.Wouldn't recommend this site to develop your photos.Very bad service

At least they have some sort of reputation to defend - otherwise they wouldn't have refunded me. But most people would have given up the struggle and accepted the loss. I just refused to let them get away with it.

Waiting for 2nd order for nearly 3 weeks. Dont respond to emails and no proper telephone number, takes you through to an answer service. Really needed these photo's and they have already taken my money. Will not ever use again.

The FOTO.com www.foto.com website looks nice in the first look, but when you start to upload your photos, it makes you crazy. It really sucks.

I took ages putting a photo book of my son's wedding together with foto.com software. Sent it off 1st Dec. After several reminders it arrived after Xmas. And was unusable - the photos were dark and lifeless and the crinkly paper background much, much darker than it looked in their photo book software. I ordered 1000 pics end of 2007 and was told I'd get them in a week... 6th Feb 2008 and I still don't have them. They came back to me a month later saying the post office had sent it back and that we had to pay for shipping or lose the order... and the money! I have been trying to get in touch with them for the past week... not one reply to my daily emails.

i will never use their service again. It took them 2 weeks just to develop 3 photos. They immediately took my money but didn't communicate. The quality of the photos is not amazing either. Very bad service!

This is the first and last time I have used FOTO.COM. I ordered a calendar as a Christmas present a month ago, and was guaranteed delivery by the 21st of December. Still not received it. I haven't received a reply to any of my emails, and when I try and call them it says the number is not in use. The online tracking system says I received the item nearly a year ago!? I am getting really annoyed now. Soes anyone have any advice for me?

I had ordered a poster print from FOTO 4 weeks ago, and so far I have not received it, and I can not contact customer service. This was my first time, and it will be the last time I use their service.
I have received no replies so far to my various complaints submitted to their website.

NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!!
They were extremely quick in taking my money, but getting them to deliver my photos....not a chance.
I have been waiting over a month now, and according to their tracking system, they have not even gone to print.

I wanted to make a photo book - something different - to keep my new grand daughters photos
It did take a while to 'make' my book - but it was well worth the time and effort
I was more than surprised by the quality of the result - excellent
So much so that I have gone on to make 3 more
I cannot fault the quality, nor the delivery, nor the price
From making payment, I received my photo book within 4 days
