    Good Points: Cerberus works at the internet level, instantly preventing unwanted email at source before reaching your network. Spam doesn't traverse your Internet connection, freeing up valuable bandwidth. Spam is stored in a secure quarantine area away from your network. Their website www.knowall-cerberus.co.uk was very self explanatory.


    Bad Points: You have to deal with their IT Support to get any new Spam blocked


    General comments: Cerberus on the whole worked very well for our business! It was set up immediately. It took about four weeks for it to be really helpful.
