I ordered the 'Natural'corner modular sofa set but when I unpacked it and arranged it in the garden I found that the corner section was in the colour I would expect the 'natural' to be but the rest of it was in a darker brown colour therefore when the modules are together (as they are designed to be) they don't match. we ordered our furniture a few weeks ago and now have it and it is very nice indeed. HOWEVER,I feel that I have to write to tell you that we were stupid enough not to read about the delivery rules. The goods were delivered to our front door and no further although we have a huge glass table and 6 chairs and 6 stools. We are sorry for the poor delivery service. As the furniture set ordered is almost 2 cubic metre, we use a pallet service to offer a competitive price at £899. We will now offer a optional 2 man delivery option to the room of choice, but it is very expensive and starts from an extra £95 for this particular set. The chairs are fully assembled and not flat pack therefore transport is expensive. We are now improving the information on the site to provide more information about our delivery service. Regarding the attitude of the driver, we sincerely apologise for his behavior. This is a rare occurance and we have raised our concerns with our courier.

Buyer beware. After much research, we decided to order a very expensive rattan sofa set with this company after being encouraged by the professional look of their website and their claims of quality service and products. After spending extra money to specify a delivery date however, we were extremely disappointed not to receive our product as promised despite making sure someone was waiting in at our property all day. We are sorry to hear about the customers frustration with the delivery service. We attempted deliver on a day booked by the customer. We are based in Birmingham and the customer was based in Cardiff. The driver was on site but there was no answer so we tried to contact the customer on number supplied a number of times, however this went through to voicemail and we left a message. The driver had to pull out after 45 minutes. We heard from the customer several hours later, by which time is was very difficult to get back to the location. We compromised with the customer and reduced the re-delivery charge from £65 to to £45. The customer agreed with this but was unable to reschedule another day due to work commitments and decided to cancel the order. We always book our furniture deliveries with the customer prior to dispatch, we give the customers a call 1 hour prior to delivery and if the courier is experiencing and problems, we always contact the customer personally to resolve the situation rather than have the courier deal with this matter .

There are so many inaccuracies to this account of events I don't know where to start so I won't waste any more of my time. I've never written a negative review of a company before but felt compelled to warn unsuspecting consumers of the type of issues they could encounter should they choose to buy from this company. “Damaged furniture, not as advertised cushions,...”

I bought the Cannes furniture on Thursday, what arrived was nothing like the picture advertised. The cushions are a stoney beige colour and have one long flat (very hard) pad like cushion as the base of the sofa, instead of the beautiful Ivory 3 sperate cushions that were advertised. Bought rattan effect furniture for our patio, it arrived a lot sooner than we expected.Unpacked it to check it over, although the weather was really bad and so far so good it all looks really lovely. We paid a reasonable price for it and feel that the quality is very good,the cushions are very nice with piping around the edge and the taupe colour is better than the more common cream you normally find.Would definetly reccommend to anyone looking for this sort of furniture for their garden. I have been trying to contact this Company by phone and e-mail for the last 3 days regarding an order I have placed and one of the telephone numbers does not connect and the other one rings out -I have not received a reply to my e-mail. I consider this very bad service. They were quick enough to take my money and I am now getting very worried! (read more)

I ordered a garden box that matched the sofa set I had from feature deco a few years ago. Although the first one came faulty the company sent out a replacement the next day and it was great. The guys even took the units around to the back of the house and placed on the decking. We had some conservatory furniture delivered about a month ago, the items were delivered at 5:50am with no warning! By way of an important update to my review posted on 20/08/11 concerning the fiasco of FeatureDECO's horrendous customer service and non-delivery of my baby's cot and changing unit, the good news it was finally received in late September, 4 months after ordering it...
