    Good Points: Website clear and easy to navigate


    General comments: I found customer service to be disappointing - I had to chase several times. Products I was told were in stock, turned out not to be available. I would not order from them again.

    Overall, good products but a big hassle obtaining them. Delivery arrived later than stated. I would not recommend them to anyone.

    I went on the Feature Deco site in response to a product featured in 'Home Beautiful' magazine a few weeks ago. I was very impressed with the range of furniture for the garden. I ended up purchasing the 'Sherwood Furniture Set' from Feature Deco, which looks simply stunning in my garden, and it was at the centre of much talk at my recent BBQ.     As an interior designer I'm constantly on the look out for new and innovative products, which I can use for clients within the private and commercial sector.     If you are looking for Products such as Gel and Gel Burners and want a company you can trust to deliver items promptly and intact. Look no further than Feature Deco.

    I had a very bad experience with another company buying these products and was very nervous when trying Feature Deco. I had nothing to worry about. I ordered a Gel Burner along with Gel Tealight holders. All products arrived without damage even though some items were very fragile (as glass) The only thing that went a little wrong ...
