It seems OfficialStartPage is renamed to OfficialHomePage but the Page layout and other features looks the same.

I was introduced to Official Start Page by a friend who is very knowledgeable in all things internet. He told me it is the fastest loading website next only to Google, but more useful than Google.
This website is very basic without any fancy graphics or design elements. The home page just has a search box (from Google) and some 25 - 30 links to websites used for daily browsing, like Hotmail and Yahoo games. The link section covers most of the needs of an average internet surfer.
