Bad Points: Not really any bad issues, but site took some time to load, which could have just been my internet connection.

General comments: Sharper Edge gave good choice, straightforward purchasing, security and payment, the whole transaction was easy. Ordered item at 2PM Monday, Received Tuesday morning! Good products, easy to order, and the delivery was very fast. Very positive experience from start to finish. Good value prices on the products compared to competitors, sometimes half the price of competitors! As a whole, a great website with products to match.

Purchased a Laserpod Light show thing and assorted smaller items from their website.Made a quick call just for my own peace of mind to ensure my items were in stock and that my payment had gone through safely.My queries were answered in a friendly and professional manner and my items were received within 48 hours of purchase and without damage.

The item was listed in stock, but wasn't.Item arrived damaged and was wrong model.Huge hoo-ha about getting a refund, very slow and unhelpful. Don't bother! Very poor stock management and customer service.

I ordered from The Sharper Edge through Amazon on 25th May 2007. They sent me the wrong item. They sent it quickly, but it was still the wrong item. I emailed 3 times asking for a refund or replacement, but they never replied, so I left negative feedback on Amazon (21st June 2007). Then they replied and asked me to remove the the feedback in exchange for a refund as it would affect future business (it was a standard email, so I guess this happens a lot).
