    Good Points: Reliable
    Prompt replies - always polite and courteous
    Effective


    Bad Points: Local (North London) agency; lack marketing of larger chains possibly


    General comments: After a terrible time with Vue Estates (was Duchy Estates) in North London, Archers were a breath of fresh air. They came across as decent and reliable (sometimes a rarity when dealing with estate agents unfortunately). They valued the property at a realistic level, produced lots of viewings. We sold and completed within a couple of months of listing with them, which is pretty good going.
    Would use them again without a doubt.
