    General comments: It is easy to navigate the Loan Standing Home Loan website. Supported by a friendly team who are clearly very experienced in their area.

    Loan Standing helped me a great deal when I was looking for my first time mortgage. Their site is informative, but it is the level of personal service you get when you speak with them directly, which made a refreshing change.

    It is hard to find companies that are upfront and honest about their services. We did our refinance through Loan Standing Home Loan to get the possible rates. My neighbours for the same kind of refinance paid more than a percentage than what we paid. My neighbours envy us now. Thanks Guys!

    I am a first time home buyer of a new construction condo in the Chicago Loop. Loanstanding.com walked me through the process, got me a great rate, and we closed on-time with no problems. My loan officer even showed up at the closing to make sure everything went well.

    I would recommend using Loan Standing.

    I usually don't take the time to write reviews, but the pros at this company deserve it. I'm a busy attorney and Home loans made the mortgage process quick and easy by using technology and automation. I shopped around and they were the best on rate and service. Moreover, they delivered on their promises. They got me a 4.5% rate on 5-year ARM on a new construction condo with 5% down. They set me up with a great loan program and interest rate, and made the process quick and easy. What more does an ...
