    I have only given CreditPlus one star because it would not let me give a zero! After applying online, I was immediately sent an email telling me I had been approved for the loan of £4,000 I asked for. I was told that after sending them a copy of my driving licence, I would be sent the details of the lender and rate, to confirm that I wanted to go ahead. I sent these documents by email and when I logged into the 'customer area' of their site later that day, I was met by a message saying that my application had been closed because I had cancelled it! I had done no such thing. My phone calls and emails have gone unanswered, and the only contact I have had from them is the original approval email. I work in the financial services industry so I am no idiot when it comes to loan providers and always make sure the people I deal with are FSA registered. But from the sounds of it this company just 'approves' everyone and then sneakily cancels their applications instead of following through - definitely not 'Treating Customers Fairly' as the FSA demands. So I now have a footprint on my credit file and some bogus company has my personal details and ID, all for nothing. Not to mention all the spam emails I've already received from their 'associates'. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME.

    When i first applied for a loan wtih creditplus i had no expectations whatsoever as i had a few issues with my credit status, so it was a "well ive got nothing to lose".
    The advisor that first got in touch with me stayed my advisor until the loan was paid out, he always responded to my calls and emails promptly and always kept me up to speed on where we were.
    alright you pay a little more % but i cant fault the service.

    excellent service... ben was very helpfull and always on hand at the end of the phone or quick to call back to answer my endless queries. very impressed and would not hesitate to reccomend you to others. overall very impressed with the service i received, staff veru knowledgable and helpful, couldnt say a bad word about you......and finally thank you thank you thank you.

    Would highly recommend their service, made an application online, was contacted by an adviser, emailed all my documents to him personally, was approved,only one minor downside, had to go and sign paperwork at a local branch which was nearly 90miles away, apart from that EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION,makes car buying an enjoable experience.
    WOULD COME BACK AGAIN AND AGAIN.

    i went to creditplus i found there service to be rubish my advisor never called you when he said he would then when you spoke to him he had forgoten all about you the service was rubish they would want certain documents once they where emailed in they would want something else if im honest they dragged there feet in the end i just had it with credit plus i just canceled as my application went in on the 11th of october and by the 20th still nothing was done i went else where and was sorted in 3 d ...

    Easy to deal with - also helped me with the car I wanted. Found me the best deal out of all the websites I tryed, would highly reccommended them.
    They also helped me sell my old car and got several hundred pounds more than what i was offerd at the dealership.

    avoid creditplus car loans - much the same as everyone here, applied to credit plus and they requested various documents,once supplied i was told everthings fine and to select a car.after a week i had heard nothing on checking their website "application abandoned" is what met me.thinking i'd made an error i re-applied and the process repeated itself,concluding with "application abandoned" - as already stated avoid.

    Avoid CreditPlus! just the same as other replies,applied on-line,advised to forward documents,was told everythings in order and to select a car,then nothing.Checked on-line after a week to find I have "abandoned my application".As I hadn't,I applied again and the same thing happened.
    As stated at the beginning - AVOID THIS COMPANY.

    What a total joke of a company. CreditPlus said i had been approved, asked me to send in a whole load of proofs then decided to tell me after week that they couldn't help me.

    Totally misleading and a total waste of time.

    DO NOT SEND IN YOUR DOCUMENTS TO THEM!!!!!

    Applied for a Loan through CreditPlus Car Loans. Adivsed to go and view a vehicle (72 Mile round Trip) when we got there it had been sold two days prior.

    Travelled the same trip the following week to view another vehicle.........paid deposit, was then advised the loan had been decinded at the final stage after i'd been told it was all accepted and just waiting on the finalisation documents!

    My partner had to put his begging cap on and go back to the garage for the deposit, and managed to lose ...

    I applied online to creditplus and they said they could help me based on my credit profile. After a few days I called in to see the status of the application and was put through to the manager who told me I had been declined and to contact some other company.

    Creditplus will say they can help you but they can't. Don't waste your time applying to them.

    I found the CreditPlus Car Loans website after looking at other rates from my bank and car loan companies.

    Applying online was quick and easy and it gave me an initial approval and within about 1 hour I received a text message and a phone call to say that I had passed my credit checking with no issues.

    CreditPlus Car Loans - What a waste of space, your best friends during the application, then they avoid you like you have the plague.

    contacted Credit plus through an online application. They were very quick with their decission they told me that they had secured finance for me. Sent them the documents they needed, which was over a week ago since then no reply, phoned them a every day for week for a status on the loan but the person who was dealing with my application was always not in the office or he was taking another call.     CreditPlus car loans promises you so many things then the service is appalling not only do they loose your proofs they dont apologise for the lack of service they provide they operate 0871 tel numbers. When you call the person you need to speak to they are never availabe and never call you back. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy let alone a friend stay well clear.

    i would like to say thatthe staff at credit plus have helped so much to get my new car. i am 21 years old and thanks to credit plus im driving a 320i new shape bmw!!! i strongly recomend credit plus. forget the other brokers.

    I have a bad credit record and have been promised so many times by comanies that they could help when they couldn't. I took delivery of hte car today adn Im ove hte moon. I could go on forever about how great they are, but will summarise by saying this is the first feedback Ive given in 5 years!

    CreditPlus Car Loans helped me finding finance for my car and for trying to help me find a suitable car. Their service really has exceeded my expectations and I will be telling anyone who listens how marvellous they are!

    Fantastic - Quick acceptance by CreditPlus Car Loans and assistance in finding a car. This is not one of those companies that gives high rate loans only or who tell you that you can only have a car from them.

    It was really nice to know what my budget was when looking for a car rather than going into a garage and looking at cars which were outside my price range in terms of monthly price. The price that garages often quote is for the best credit ratings and those without this can find the mon ...

    CreditPlus Car Loans are overall very competent. Typical kind of call centre but gave the service I needed.
