Good Points: Amazing Spa Pool, felt like relaxing in a very large hot tub - Hydro back massage machine, really great and I didn't want to get off. The Sauna was enjoyable and handy for drying off before relaxing on the Double Size Hammock!
General comments: In the past i had been to a few other larger spas, and Roseberry Spa made a refreshing change, i did not feel like i was on a conveyor belt next in line for treatments, whiz me in and whiz me out, next please! It was quite the opposite, I felt very special and time was of no importance, this along with two amazing treatments made my time at the Spa a memorable and trully relaxing experience. After enjoying my time at Roseberry Spa, myself and 5 friends have booked an amazing Spa package and l am looking forward to the wonderful experience again.

Roseberry Spa is run by two sisters.
We are always made to feel as if we are the most important people when we are there, the service is always to our liking.
The Spa provides an intimate place for us to catch up as friends without the hustle and bustle of a big hotel spa and the fact that we have the spa to ourselves makes us come back everytime you can't beat this spa for value for money , for service and for it's beautiful surroundings and most of all it uniqueness and top quality Spa treatm ...- Read msyJ's review (138 words)

I was given a deluxe spa day at Roseberry Spa as a Mothers Day gift . When i arrived i thought the facilities in general looked tired and in need of a refresh. On my visit the sauna was out of use as the only other facilities here are a jacuzzi pool, massage table and a double sunbed (which i don't use) this was disappointing. When i was shown the changing rooms i decided to ask for a refund and leave as in my opinion they were dirty. The shower tray seemed to be covered in grit the bin was full ...- Read 1jennij's review (177 words)

The full day spa was bought for me as a birthday gift and it definitely did not disappoint. I was treated like royalty, pampered and nothing was too much touble. The lunch was amazing and the customer service exceeded my expectations by miles. I will definitely be re-visiting this venue, hopefully on a regular basis as it was so enjoyable. I had the entire spa to myself as they will not over book full day treatments.- Read Guest's review (102 words)

The very fact that this spa is relatively secluded is it's appeal. The area is very quiet which is just what you need and they don't have a high number of people coming in and out for regular appointments, therfore when you have had treatments that require a shower after, you don't have the worry of any other people seeing you (especially when you've been painted green!)- Read Guest's review (87 words)

I went with my mum for a half day Spa package on my Birthday. We both enjoyed 2 treatments (including a body scrub and massage which were both very enjoyable) and came away feeling totally refreshed. The setting and layout inside are totally relaxing. I would and have recommended it to friends and colleagues who have also had a spa package and enjoyed it too. Another bonus when having a spa day is the exclusivity of just you and your friend. Worth the extra pennies. Have already been back for ju ...- Read jomurray1's review (112 words)

I opted for the half day spa package and took my mother, who is not an overly confident woman. A friendly face greeted us when we arrived at Roseberry Spa, the staff could not have done any more to ensure that our needs were catered for all morning. The staff's discrete attitude, meant my mother had no problems with any treatments or use of the facilities and they paid particular attention to making sure she was comfortable at all times. The treatments were pure luxury and all facilities were ex ...- Read Hannah27's review (126 words and 1 comment)

I had the luxury package at Roseberry Spa in Telford and I did have a lovely day, but came away thinking, "for £175 I could have got a lot of individual treatments", so next time, I will book just the treatments and not the actual spa day. I would recommend though.- Read amandaj51's review (73 words)

The service provided by the staff at Roseberry Spa in Telford was very professional and friendly. I felt instantly relaxed from the minute I drove into the car park, due to the beautiful surroundings. I was not disappointed when I walked into the spa either, which is an environment of tranquility.
There is a long list of available treatments, and the staff appeared extremely knowledgeable about the the benefits of each. I was looked after from start to finish, and my every need was anticipate ...- Read Natashad's review (104 words)

If more than two people book one of Roseberry's Spa day packages the spa is then closed to the public. Value for money. Friendly staff. Personal attention. Privacy is excellent for those of us who are less confident about parading around with nothing on. The treatments were fabulous. Good facilities.- Read ben38's review (72 words)
