Flight on way out was totally fine but cannot say the same about our return flight. We flew with a party of 6 which 2 were my daughters age 9 and 8, my 9 year old was asleep and then woke up and was sick everywhere, there was only one sick bag between the 3 seats but the staff did bring another 3 to us in a panic which she managed to fill to, unfortunately she was also sick on the eisle of the plane. We were totally disgusted with the onflight attendants that they expected me to clean this up while I was trying to deal with my daughter!!!!! Is this not all part and parcel of their job????

We were nervous about flying Onur Air following all the reviews we read before our holiday - but it was great. Most importantly, both flights were on time. We have a 2 year old and the staff were happy to play with him plus we didn't need to pre-book seats as we were told that as we booked for 3 we'd automatically be sat together, which we were! Negatives are that it was expensive on board so just take your own and it was also hot on the outbound flight. All in all - good value for money and ...- Read natalie781's review (117 words)

Booked Onur Air through Goldtrail as a flight only. Not cheap at £240 return when you consider that tickets were on sale at £140 day before the flight Bad things the comfort of the flight, the broken seats and the cost of on board refreshments. Good things On time both ways but the aircraft need a refurb. No in flight info, patchy service. Landing a Birmingham used full reverse thrust and maximim braking inducing a skid. Really dodgy. A flight not to be repeated.- Read Guest's review (84 words)

There is no describing how terrible this Onur Air is. I've flown on numerous low-cost carriers before, but this one is outright cheap. The flight was 3 hours late, the crew was rude, there are no free refreshments (despite the blatantly outrageous delay).
So horrific was our flight that all the passengers signed a petition voicing outrage at the pathetic service.
Furthermore, the AC was so unbelievably loud, its screeching, piercing hum stayed with me long after the flight. And the landing wa ...- Read Guest's review (122 words)

I too was a bit concerned after reading other comments but our flights from Gatwick to Dalaman and return on 10th and 17th October were both on time and crew were pleasant. Food was just what you would expect from budget airline but I would agree that the cabin wass a little hot. Would certainly use again.- Read Rosetta J's review (57 words)

I was worried about flying with Onurair as all the reviews were really negative!
Inflight entertainment! We do not normally get this on budget airlines.
Well what a surprise, the plane was clean, and the staff were very pleasant on going out and inbound journey.
Flights on time and no delays, in fact we arrived early at both destinations.
Would use this airline again.- Read laxton's review (76 words)

I think you get what you pay for. Cheap flights - no frills. Depends on what you want. We've used Onur Air several times now and have had no complaints except for our outbound journey last time when the cabin temperature was uncomfortably hot.- Read clarkeca's review (72 words)

To be honest I was utterly petrified about flying to Turkey after reading a number of reviews about Onur Air on the internet but I shouldn't have worried!
We flew Man-Dalaman on 10th Sept on a bit of a tired looking plane but the flight was on time, seats were comfy and it was generally an ok flight - I think you get what you pay for with this airline and it is a budget airline after all.
I know what everyone else means about the cabin crew though - they were totally caked in make up and did loo ...- Read LUCYLINDLEY88's review (248 words)

Liverpool John Lennon to Marmaris 5th September. I read some poor reviews for Onur air but decided to go and base my own opinion. Flight out left on time, prices on board what you expect from a budget airline, all safety aspects in English. Cabin crew ok, not overly talkative. Captain gave all the mandatory details in English. Flight back was delayed by an hour. Marmaris airport is expensive £4 for a coke and £11 for a bigmac meal, my advice, take water and snacks in with you. Flight ...- Read westies08's review (121 words)

1st Sept - 8th SeptBristol to Dalaman - 20mins late leaving, but caught up and arrived on time, plenty of information from cabin crew and captain. Very pleasant flight.Dalaman to Bristol left on time another good flight, no complaints. We took our own food and drink both ways, as these are always more expensive on aircraft as at motorway services.Dalaman airport baggage handling far superior to Bristol. 5 - 10 mins wait at Dalaman whereas Bristol 30 - 40mins.Travelled on a Thomson flight in June ...- Read gocrispy9's review (140 words)

East Midlands to Bodrum. Outgoing flight 10 minutes early, smooth flight, captain kept us informed of all aspects, weather in Bodrum etc. Good flight, no probs.
Bodrum to East Midlands. 15 minutes late taking off, no big deal, caught up on delay, landed early. Again, cabin crew did adequate job, no complaints.
One point, Bodrum airport is unbelievable expensive, £5 for a small cola. 3 snacks consisting of 2 portions pizza, fries and a soft drink, one hot dog, fries and a soft drink and 1 c ...- Read longfeller's review (171 words)

I read some bad reviews about Onurair which really worried me as I had already booked the holiday before I checked but I can honestly say I have no really bad comments about the airline but they are a no-frills airline with oldish aircraft.- Read Guest's review (72 words)

We weren't given any information about delay for insurance purposes. Incovenienced, lose of holiday time. No apology. Just staff that could not understand what we were saying. Around 500 passengers only 2 small toilets on board. The Dalamon airport charged 11 english pounds for a childs happy meal and the staff who served us were so rude. I will never fly with Onur Air. I paid 244 pounds for my daughters flight, she is 6 years old and they had no tv or video for the young ones to watch.- Read angie mc 's review (113 words)

Onurair are one of the best airlines I have ever flown with. For a budget airline, it was awesome. I flew to meet my family in Izmir Airport. I flew from Birmingham International Airport and flight was 3 hours delayed. An explanation from the pilot was expected, and he explained. In flight, seats were comfy, toilet was clean, plane was new. It was so clean, I could walk around in socks. Staff were cooperative. Food was nice, but take your own if your a picky eater. Drinks are kinda expensive, s ...- Read MrFlightMaster's review (135 words)

Our plane was delayed by 12 hours due to problems with both airplanes that were due to fly us home. The staff were very unhelpful, there was no one on hand to represent Onur Air until 4am in the morning (10 hours in) and we were only offered a drink and a slice of pizza each! No information was given to the passengers and the only way that we knew that the expected time of the plane kept changing was by looking at the board. We will never be using Onur Airlines again. We were disgusted with ...- Read bmudford's review (121 words)

I would never fly with Onur Air again. Make sure you take food and drink to Dalaman (drink can go through check in), or else take out an extra mortgage to feed your family at the airport food outlets!- Read KittyF's review (76 words)
