    Good Points: Extremley responsive mortgage assistant; Low fees; Fast process


    Bad Points: Don't do VA; so easy you actually feel like it's to good to be true.


    General comments: We chose Eloan because we were moving from an overseas assignment and didn't know anyone local. We did prequalify with others just to get comparisons on closing fees, rates, and service. We went FHA because my VA was getting cleared up.
    We are extremely happy that we chose Eloan. From offer to close was 3 weeks. The service rep responded to every request very fast. There were a lot of documents that needed to be submitted but I believe that is because the lender market has tightened up. We had everything he requested so it was no problem.
    We were very apprehensive because the fees seemed low and the process was easy.
    Very sastisfied.
