Lloyds TSB have started randomly stopping my card with no notification to me whatsoever under the guise of "Fraud checks". They give me many different stories ("It's using the card at a garage", "It's using Sainsburys", "It's using paypal". I've asked them to write to me several times over the last few months but they've ignored me everytime. You try finding an address to write to on their website!!! Steer clear.

A month later I s ...

The biggest problem is it seems to be a easy way for the bank to "overload" your account with charges. I have since found out by using my account that they will let you go over your agreed borrowing limit as much as you like without you actually knowing this.
