    Good Points: Other hairdressers there might be more reliable and less scissor-happy - however with customer service like that I personally wouldn't risk it.


    Bad Points: Everyone makes mistakes, and I was willing to accept a refund and some form of apology e.g. token of goodwill or offer for a re-cut in future to sort it out - I certainly did not expect to be confronted with the response I got. Totally out of order.


    General comments: Hairassociates has terrible customer service - when I complained (politely) about too much hair being cut,the hairdresser became very defensive and I was surrounded by several staff all disputing what I was saying! Two of the staff had previously agreed that a great deal more than an inch had been removed from my hair, but then backtracked.

    I am appalled at their reaction and blatant disregard for the fact that I was VERY clear that I had been growing my hair for 18 months and wanted to retain the length. The hairdresser had understood this by comfirming "I will take no more than an inch off the length."

    I have never ever had to complain about a haircut before - but I felt so upset about it I had no choice.
