Good Points: Good level of Credit.

Bad Points: Can't seem to use all my Credit without getting DECLINED transactions.

General comments: Credit Card always being DECLINED.

[The automated service honestly, has to be one of the worst i've ever come across!!! It is practically impossible to speak to someone using the number on the back of the Card. You have to go Abbey's Website and get phone numbers of there. ]

You get declined one week, you call them up and tell them, then the next week it's declined again when using it at the SAME company for 'suspected fraud'!! No matter how much credit you have, any large amount will ALWAYS be declined, even if you make such transactions on a regular basis. It's totally useless and embarrassment to use.

If it wasn't for the large credit limit (only cause MBNA closed one card and i had the Credit limit transfer to this one), i would ditch this. my advise - avoid, avoid, avoid....
