    Absolutely abysmal communications, ghastly charge rates and obnoxious staff.

    I wouldn't suggest a Yorkshire Bank Student Account to my worst enemy.

    Yorkshire bank opens after 9.15am until 4pm (only 1 night per week is it until 6pm), and the St. Helens branch is always packed at lunch time, so any queries etc, can take time.
