Good Points: Benefits explained in yearly review.
    Auto-transfer facility.
    Holiday insurance.

Bad Points: Bit costly per year, but as long as you use the benefits its not a problem. The yearly holiday insurance covers this for me.

General comments: Natwest Advantage Premier Bank Account are absolutly brilliant. Very helpful, although they are often trying to sell you something. Yearly review to explain all the benefits, I simply don't have time to read all the blurb, so having it explained and suggesting the ones you will use is ultra useful. Can use a auto-transfer deposit account so you are getting some interest on any balance.

I had a Natwest Advantage Premier bank account, and it took me a long time to try and close the account. I found Natwest were useless at dealing with complaints.

They lost us £686 in interest by delaying our mortgage by ten weeks as they couldn't get my name right! They never sent us information about services, their communication was terrible and their "personal service" non-existent. To cap it all they charged us £195 per ...
