    Good Points: You got a card to use on the internet and in shops


    Bad Points: The interest rate is very low compared to other banks, statements dont always turn up.


    General comments: The Halifax Expresscash Bank Account is a very good account to have when you are below 15, as you can begin to control your own money. However, the interest rates are very low and there are many banks that have better interest rates.
