i ordered some plates designed them on there web site, put in my reg plate checked it all 3 times plates arrived no gap between numbers and letters.

Rang up and complained, was told its my fault, i should have put the spacing in.

At no point it mentions me having to add spacing.

What it does say "this plate maker is not an exact representation of how your plate will look. It is a guide only - colours may vary and SPACING IS NOT SHOWN ACCURATELY"

How does this make it my fault.

I was even told that this has happened before but nothing has been done to correct this on there site.

Bad bad service £40 wasted

Craigs plates were fantastic. I ordered plates off the internet and they arrived soon after. They had made a mistake on the plates but when I called they sorted the problem straight away. Would recommend them. Excellent service

I wanted some special plates for a big truck in the states, these guys at Craigs Plates printed my image I sent them on a Tag, and I got it in the post 72 hours later. These guys bent over backwards for me, and my Dodge won the best looking truck! All thanks to these folks.

I ordered 6 plates from Craigs Plates.com for children in the family and am delighted with the products and prices. All 6 were delivered within a couple of days and the quality is A1! As I was submitting my order online, I was called by a member of staff telling me of even more choices I had to personalise if I wanted. This firm is a credit to online shopping! If only other businesses could offer such high quality, low cost, super quick delivery!!!

It has been 2 weeks today since I ordered my personalised number plates from Craigs Plates (www.craigsplates.com) and still NO PLATES delivered, money taken and order placed for special delivery. Not responding to email and no one on the other end of the call...

These personalised number plates from Craigs Plates are advertised as the best looking plates ever and they are. They are total quality and actually cheaper than plates you can buy in car superstores. The service was absolutely first class, I even received a card thanking me for my business. The plates were packaged in a very professional manner, and they arrived exactly when they said they would - next day, despite ordering at 2.30 pm !
