I HAVE DRIVEN MY 29L9 FOR 7 YRS AND HAD VERY FEW PROBLEMS...I HAVE REPLACED THE CLUTCH MASTER CYLINDER UNIT (CHEAP) HAD A NEW EXHAUST (NOT CHEAP) NEW PADS ALL ROUND AND A STARTER MOTOR AND GEAR ACTUATION RODS (NOT TOO EXPENSIVE). BUT THAT IS IT. IT RUNS LIKE CLOCKWORK. I DONT KNOW WHERE THE GUY IN HERE GOT HIS 80MPG ONE FROM THOUGH, AND PERFORMANCE ISNT GREAT, ALTHOUGH IT COPES WELL WITH NATONAL LIMITS AND PULLS LOADS WITH NO BOTHER...I AM A ROOFER AND HAVE HAD IT TO THE LIMIT AND NOT EVEN FELT IT WAS THERE...APART FORM UP STEEP INCLINES ...THEY DRINK FUEL; THAT IS THE ONLY VICE. I AM A HAPPY OWNER WHO WILL GLADLY BUY ANOTHER NEXT TIME ROUND...SOME TIME YET I THINK

I was a little worried about buying this iveco daily truck after reading some of these reviews, as I was buying it used , and I'd heard that spare parts were expensive. However, this vehicle was so reliable that I didn't need to worry about buying spare parts. As of yet I have had no problems with it, and I would thoroughly recommend it, whether new or used.- Read fordtrucks's review (67 words)

The Iveco Daily is great value for money they handle well and have plenty of pulling power even when fully loaded, economy is decent, thats coming from some one in the motor trade and Van hire business where some of the vans we use are MWB and Extra Long Jumbo Daily's. They are great value for money secondhand as they cost a lot less than a sprinter or VW LT, they are solid reliable workhorses if they have been maintained well, The abused examples will give problems , spares are expensive if yo ...- Read HMA1's review (177 words)

This Iveco Daily van is a solid workhorse , very durable with bags of pulling power, we operate a van hire company and I would rate the Iveco Daily second to Only the Mercedes Sprinter , but it costs far less than a Sprinter !Overall Great Value for money , If it does go wrong the spares can be expensive however do bear in mind there are plenty of Daily's out there that are being broken for spares at reasonable prices- Read HMA1's review (90 words)

I have owned my Iveco Daily 35s12 from new (04), what a fantastic van to drive : its light and responsive with the turning circle of a tractor. However after only 39.000 miles of light local travel , the clutch in on its way out, the engine despipe regulalar oil changes has developed an alarming rattle and the transmission has a bizzare thud. Do i need a hearing aid ? or after 25 years of driving the classic Ford transists can you expect a few more miles from a new van.- Read john campion's review (99 words)

So far, my Iveco Daily van has had two new clutches (she's only done 23000 miles) a new flywheel, now a new gearbox, new leaf springs, new drivers seat, new steering column x 2. The passenger window appears to open when it feels like it.
The van has also been plagued by rattles and noises and ever since she was new in May 08, I think she's has been annoying to drive.- Read bmctransport's review (95 words)

This is a must buy work horse not a van. This van has got to be one of the most comfortable vans ever to drive on long distances without fatigue, smooth ride, I have an older model LWB twin rear wheels, very well balanced, very economical. My vehicle is fitted out as Broadcast van full time, drives beautifully.- Read Guest's review (89 words)

Love/hate relationship with my Iveco Daily van. when all is well this van is a great driver and makes my job as a courier pretty cruisy. It has good acceleration, comfortable enough interior, decent fuel economy and carries weight up to two tonnes well. It actually drives better [smoother] with a bit of weight on it. BUT the reliability issues of this van drive me absolutely crazy. It seems like every week it develops a new fault to add to the list and when you have no choice but take it to the ...- Read Guest's review (159 words)

The Iveco Daily drives like a car, very fast acceleration, handles well and on occasions had a technical breakdown, Iveco service has been excellent with roadside assistance turning up within the hour despite talking to Milan to arrange.
Would buy another one on the back of service but definitely not if something else offered me 7000kgs GVW and better fuel consumption.- Read Guest's review (84 words)

I Love this Iveco Daily van it is amazing what it can do. I have had the van for 3 years done 140000 kms. It has worked harded and does a regular country run. Pity it has had the problems that it has had after 12 injectors going the dealer replaced the motor after only 30,000 kms. It has since had the injectors gone twice. The air conditioner as failed to work 6 times, the power steering has been fixed 5 times. The whole rear suspension was replaced (squeaky) just about every door hinge has been ...- Read colinda's review (187 words)
