    Bad Points: ehm.... none apart from the exaust always seem to blow and the fuel lines rust. Apart from that, nothing really!


    General comments: Audi 80 8v all the way, the 80 was beautifully engineered, german engineering, need i say more?

    Now I got my 2.0E 8v with a focal/kenwood/performance-teknique sound system and with 116000km at service Ive spent less than £1500 from new.

    Although the vehicle is now 15 years old, the mileage is relatively low (81,000), and it hasn't been as good as my previous Audi 80 (1981 model).

    I've owned a 2 litre 16v estate with a sports pack for seven years and the only item that has ever failed is a single radiator hose. We're now up to 80K and it still drives like a new car and has a timeless, quality feel. We bought from a main Audi dealer paying a top price of 12K for a low mileage, top spec model. The additional touches have made it very satisfying to own and so worth finding if you can. The petrolhead side of me would like to replace it but common sense tells to keep it as it' ...

    At first when i saw the Audi 80 8v I thought it was a lot newer than it was due to its before its time style. im a a.s.e master tech. and a gmc master and in 04 i still dont see the quality of work manship in newer cars thats in the older audi from about 95 and back are the best

    I bought this Audi around 2yrs ago and generally have been pleased with it. The only problems in that time have been a blown exhaust(£70), and a spring snaping in the drivers door lock (£5).

    The car looks good, and is nice to drive. It is very smooth on the road. and my only problem is tractors can overtake you on the motorway! It has such little power for a heavey 2 litre car and so motorway driving is a strain on you and the car. The streering goes light at high speeds(90mph ...
