Most importantly RBS online banking is SAFE.It easy to use,and Fast.
You can check your account(s), and MasterCard account.
Payments may be organized ahead of time, therefore the worry of forgetting a payment is removed.
I certainly find it a great way of keeping track of my money.
    It is easy to follow.
Your Account(s) can be easily downloaded.

I have been a member of RBS for over 20 years.-----for personal Banking , I have found them very helpful, and always pleasant.
I already have suggested to several friends that they should change to the
    Royal Bank of Scotland.
I was very upset over the Banking scandals ,but was relieved to see the ex boss did, eventually, take less Pension.
Considering the large losses they made, the Bonus' seemed unbelievable.
They however were not the only offenders.
I would still recommend their services. ...

I generally access the site from an overseas location and, for whatever reason, a difficulty developed in gaining access. It started with just a small difficulty and developed to the stage where i could not access RBoS site at all.

I had some incredibly great tech advice which sorted out the problem - they called me and took me through, step by step, how to identify where the access problem lay and i've never had another access problem. They were brilliant. Top marks RBoS.

RBS is a pretty good on-line banking tool. It gives clear info, is nearly always fully up to date. I like the fact I get all my accounts in this one tool. I log in and use it a lot.

Uptime is very impressive - I've never not been able to log in and occasionally I see messages saying it'll be down from midnight Sunday until 4am Monday for maintenance - suits me I won't need it then!

Speed is also very good - always quick to log on and navigate.

Login is good and easy - a meaningful login id ra ...

I would highly recommend using the RBOS Internet service. Like someone has mentioned already if you're having any problems you can call someone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, and you internet log in details are the same for telephone banking. Brilliant!

The BIG PLUS POINT is that IF you have any issues, you call a phone number and get through to a real person (not in India) virtually straight away, and the Royal Bank of Scotland Internet Banking staff are always very helpful, and they have always provided an immediate answer.

The Royal Bank of Scotland Internet Banking website has clear screens and simple to use menus.

Log in could be more secure by having drop down selections to negate the use of key loggers. It should also be limited to one page rather than 4. The DD menu is really irritating - it always shows your DD, even ones cancelled from 2 to 3 years ago. I can't change my address or personal details online, and there is no secure messaging.

The website has real limitations. Egg for example has fantast ...

7 years ago I took out a Virgin One Current Account morgage at 66% Loan to Value, with repayment of Interest Only as far as the RBOS are concerned. This is really just a great big loan facility to be used as I wish - no fixed mortgage per month, as long as I do not breach the loan facility ceiling.
Consistently over paid, that is I ensured income exceeded outgoings over the long view, with fluctuations of underpayment compensated one or two months later by substantial overpayment.

I'm surprising myself to be praising my bank but quite honestly I use Royal Bank of Scotlands internet banking nearly every day and highly recommend it.
My wife uses Barclay's online banking and it's having compared it to that I stand by my recommendation. RBS is much clearer than Barclay's and quicker to navigate your way around.
