    Good Points: I like the size and drive height they feel safe to drive.


    Bad Points: Fuel economy but that is to be expected.


    General comments: The Toyota Rav4 is a lovely car, great for occasional off road (not to rough though). Loads of boot space.
    They just keep going and going.

    1st 3 ravs i had each for 1 year, all diesel .
    When i replace, i will buy diesel again as they are just as quick and you return 35 mpg

    Most definitely the RAV is one of the best cars I have ever owned. True Toyota Quality and Reliability. I part ex'd my P reg Max in 2003 at 58k, whowever bought it from the dealer got a 6 year old car almost indistinguishable from new, still running on its original exhaust system. The car is probably good for 200k more miles.

    I bought the Toyota RAV4 2.0 because my wife wanted the Freelander! I reviewed all possibilities and then got the Rav 5 door GX. My wife was a chuffed as nuts and still is, just as i am. So much so going to buy the diesel version. My Rav handles superbly. It feels very well balanced when steering into bends. It responds well when you want it to. The gear selection is precise. Lots of driving positions can be selected and the view from inside is what you would expect from a 4x4. The only niggle I ...
