Good Points: Good handling
Good design
Lots of space
Bad Points: Serious rust
Poor customer service
General comments: My Mondeo is from June 2002 and it has only 30.000 km on the odometer. The cars drives well and is very confortable. However, serious problems with rust: http://groups.msn.com/2002FordMondeo/shoebox.msnw.
