Good Points: Many useful features - good points of other types of account rolled into one.

    Bad Points: Too many features?

General comments: The concept of the Open Plan account from Woolwich is good - one central account which can be sub-divided into smaller ones to handle all your financial needs. However it has so many features even the Woolwich's own staff don't understand it. And the monthly statements must be making a major contribution to world deforestation!
