    Good Points: Adjustable heat.Comes with heat protecting case.Long lead.


    Bad Points: The buttons could be a bit fiddly for ladies with false or long nails.


    General comments: I recieved these mark hill hair straightners for Christmas and have not had a problem with them. I have thick wavy hair that tends to curl in damp or wet conditions. It will not go straight with blow drying alone. I previously owned a pair of Babyliss, a £10 pair from Superdrug and an expensive set of Remingtons. Never was I able to achieve the same sleek look I got from the hairdressers.These look funky with their bright pink and black design and the heat control is good for me if I want to just top up before I go out. The plate are wide and cope easily with my unruly mane and my hair stays straight until I wash it again. It takes about 10 mins to straighten my hair (below shoulder length) when before it was at least 40 minutes of going over the same area again and again.
