    This is a sub standard first class service. The food options are limited despite the PR about the "panel" of food and wine "experts" and poorly prepared.The entree of scallops was just warm and when I mentioned this to the hostess,she just smiled and agreed. The main course of beef was also just warm and well overcooked.The wine options belong in economy at best. On my way to England there was nothing on the menu that had any appeal at all, such was the limited choice.I had two first class flights with BA in Nov Dec and would never travel with them again.Qantas is only marginally better and its 747 aircraft are in worse condition internally.Neither Qantas or BA are in the same league as Emirates First Class.

    BA cabin crew are the best!!!! Proffessional, friendly, flair to service with a great sense of British humour and genuine concern to making everyone feel comfortable although nothing worked correctly ie movie system, cabin temperature and the food has gone down. What could've been horrendous turned out to be alright because of crew. Thanks to the crew for doing all that they could possibly do.....i will fly with BA again because of the crew!

    plane screeched to a halt on the runway. we was then taken back to the terminal ,told there was an engine fault. my complaint is we were left in our seats for three hrs while they attempted to repair the plane, no entertainment & very little information. why not let us back into the terminal at least to stretch our legs before a seven % half hr flight. ba are delivering low cost airline standards at premium rates.

    Every flight I go on with British Airways is great. The cabin crew are very experienced and among the best in the industry, I travelled in the second cabin of Club with only four other passengers. AVOD brilliant- good choise of films and TV shows; even better was the selection of music. For a 13 hour flight I slept for 9 hours- the seat is extremely comfortable especially when in the 'z' position. Flight left late, however, arrived early.     This is Why Britain is Proud Of BA...

    The flight was on time, the cabin crew were kind, freindly and attentive. The flight was practically heaven (without the angels...) The food was really nice, you have a lot to choose from, up-to-date entertainment
    system on board.

    THE BEST FLIGHT I HAVE EVER FLOWN ON IN A LONG TIME, BA BRITAIN IS PROUD!!!

    appaling never reached delhi stopped at dalaman turkey because of technical fault with aircraft, never took off for delhi again, were told to find hotel for the night and come back in the morning, came back to find no BA staff, and no airport staff would answer questions, eventuall 5 hours after returning to airprt BA staff arrive to tell us that we need to pay for a flight home and will here from the company about refund/compensation, still waiting to hear from them 11months on.do not fly BA!!! ...

    We traveled with our 13 month old daughter and it was a pleasant experience. Well mannered staff, good seats, food not bad and good entertainment system. I will definitely fly with British Airways again.
    Only one complaint; they wouldn't store our stroller on board, so it wasn't available when we transferred in London. But that was a minor inconvenience.

    The new Club World cabin on 747 upper deck very, very good (despite age of aircraft). Cabin crew attentive and food choices excellent. First time we'd used T5 and it was a great experience, very quick and easy, having checked in and chosen our seats online. They could maybe improve their signage to the gates slightly. Will fly BA every time.

    I've recently travelled on a British Airways flight from Heathrow to Lisbon. We flew Economy so weren't expecting anything special.

    The flight was on time, so no complaints there. As we boarded the flight, the staff were very friendly and welcoming. We were travelling as a group of 22 men on a stag do, and although we were well behaved, their service during the flight (i.e. serving drinks) was spot on. They even had their pictures taken with us (I know, cringe tastic).

    British Airways is a joke. I am a frequent traveller & sometimes i travel with them because i had no option. Other than the comfort of terminal 5, this airline is a joke. Even if you have 50 grams more, they will charge for it. Cabin staff are always rude and probably you have to pay to make them smile. Flying was never pleasant with BA, as the worst turbulance i have ever experienced with is BA..

    The food was horrible. The British Airways crew members seemed to be rushed and didn't seem apologetic when one of the crew members pushed the cart into my mom's elbow causing her to spill her red wine on her white shirt and white pants. The crew members were not friendly and the comfort on the plane was terrible. Our flight was delayed so everything was half done and there was not enough food for all passengers. I will never travel on BA again and I will certainly tell others to do the same.

    The attendants were snooty and the food was awful, really awful.
    I would not recommend. I was expecting so much better from BA more along the lines of Quantas.

    BA 288 Pheonix to Heathrow.
    Just heard that the 747 had to be evacuated before take off because of smoke in the cabin.
    This is a jinxed flight ( BA288 ).
    The reason i say this is because on the 23 June 09, i was on board this flight and it was one disaster after the other.
    First of all, the No 3 engine would not start and we finished up staying an extra night in Phoenix.
    Next day, we kept getting told that the flight would leave but it kept getting delayed until we boarded at 3 pm.

    I flew cph-LHW-JFK , and EWR-LHW-CPH back.Beforehand I thought highly of this airline, but after experiencing the loss of two bags on the way over and, being landed on some seemingly ww2 airstrip on the outskirts of LHW, from which the entire airbus was suppose to leave via one single bus to T5, wich took "just a few minutes" read: 35 minutes! and lead to my missing the connecting flight, I can just say BA sucks bigtime.
    I feel sorry for the employees who are polite and service minded,

    I love British airways. The food is good and everything else is good aswell. Nothing to complain about. I will definitely use them again

    BA British Airways is the best company in the world, ever! I will choose them everytime. Having saying this, try and fly from Heathrow if you want to avoid a larger chance of delays. That might seem strage as Heathrow is the really big airport though believe it or not, it's actually Gatwick which has the most delays. Forget that though, the sevice is great in every way!

    the staff at British Airways were good, probably the best part. the food, comfort on flight was all very good aswell. it's the only airline that operates from terminal 5 makes it better! if you want to fly from the uk to a major city, than ba is the airline to go for. even if you are planning to fly to london if you are outside the uk. i would still use ba. it gives you the experience of terminal 5, and it gives you the best service.

    BA flight were a little expensive but the service was good so I suppose it was good value for money. The plane left 20 mnutes late but really it's not a problem because it makes the time up in the flight.
