    Bad Points: I had to dial an 0845 number to get through.I belive they now have a free phone number instead.


    General comments: Service was excellent. They really did get me the best deal on the market. Staff were very friendly and understanding as I dont have the best of credit files. I got my offer within 2 weeks and I was very please. I was fully updated at each stage of my application via text and calls.
    There are so many broker out there and it was a real mine field finding the right one.I would highly recommend you give them a try.
