I ordered 4 adult tickets for Disney Orlando on 15th November. I have telephoned three times and emailed but my tickets still haven't arrived although they have taken the money. The girls on customer service leave a lot to be desired and were not very helpful and told me my tickets aren't in stock yet (1 December). I won't be using this company again and am hoping my tickets will turn up in time for our holiday.

Ordered Kennedy Space Centre tickets and got vouchers. Also ordered Halloween Horror Night tickets, and after many phone calls and emails, vouchers arrived teo days before my departure....too close to call.
Best advice - Don't touch them.- Read Guest's review (38 words)

never buy from these they are real bad i ad the same problem as the ones above. the same wording about a delivery and i am flying in 3half days and still no tickets what a joke. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE THEY ARE BAD REAL BAD.- Read Guest's review (47 words)

I Ordered and paid for Universal Orlando Tickets 6 weeks before travel from Theme Park Tickets Direct. E-mail received immediately confirming order, money taken the same day. Four and a half weeks and three e-mails later,I rang and was told they would arrive "this week". Four days later (now within 5 days of travel) rang again and was told they were expecting a delivery "today or tomorrow" and I SHOULD have them the beginning of next week - which takes us within 48 hours of travel. I purchased the tickets on 24 August 2009 and received an immediate confirmation email stating that tickets would be sent out within 14 days.
3 weeks later, no tickets. I sent an email, no reply.
The reply to my second email stated that Themeparkticketsdirect.com had changed the terms and conditions and assured me that I would receive the tickets before departure, but would not give a date.

Ordered our tickets from Theme Park Tickets Direct on 20th July 2009 and received them on 5th August - only 3 days before we were due to leave - too close for comfort for my liking. Foned every day for the last week and they were always polite but fact was - I didn't have my tickets! Theme park tickets direct claim 10 days delivery. That was 20 days ago now, still no tickets. They never respond to e-mails either. I sent 8 over 2 days and got no response to any of them. When I called I just got a surly "do you want your money back then?" No, I want my tickets. Seriously, pay a little extra and get your tickets directly from Universal.
