    This company is a complete waste of time an money. KGM is still processing a claim after 3 months. Still waiting for them to give a go ahead on repair from their external examiner. Have purchased another bike, hoping I will get my old one back soon so I can flog it.

    CRAP, i had my bike stolen on june 16th, and its been hell ever since.

    KGM insurance sent me contradicting letters, never pick up the phon (always a message saying call back in one hour).

    Yhe companies they use for claims handling were next to useless as well, promising call backs and never calling me after i took a day put my life to be around to answer the phone for them.

    Now i got a enw bike of my girlfriend as they were taking so long which i got knocked off 3 days later, and carole nash ...

    KGM Motorcycle Insurance don't answer the phone, rude and forgot to pick up my bike after it was recovered and spent weeks sending me paperwork I didn't even need to fill in. Will do anything to avoid paying up.

    KGM Motorcycle Insurance is an absolute terrible company one hand does not know what the other is doing.You cannot get a straight answer from anyone and they are not willing to help in any way.

    My scooter was stolen on the 22nd of July. I reported it to KGM. The police found the scooter a couple of days later but it was heavily damaged. I updated KGM who said they'd send out somebody to assess the damage. I didn't hear from them in over 2 weeks so called on the 11th of August and was told they hadn't received the assessment report yet and they would chase it up.
    Another week or so went by and I still hadn't heard from KGM so I emailed on the 21st and 23rd of August but received no repl ...

    Had my scooter stolen on the 13th June 2008 and still havnt recieved payout as of 14th July 2008 even though the police found the bike 3 days after it was stolen. I also thought they were expensive, went with them as I went through a dealer but there are cheaper insurances out there.
