    I have the Paypal Mastercard.
When I first got my Card 8 months ago via the Paypal site all went well.
Later they started overchaging me in interest which I disputed. The card had recently been taken over by Santander and I beleive it was an admin problem. Nov 2009 nI received a letter from Santander stating that tyhey have made erreors re charging interest since June 09 and will be crediting the money back. Dec 09 I closed my account and they state they have nothing to credit as they are unaware if any overcharging.
Not Recommended. There are better cards out there which offer Loyalty Points etc. Dont bother with this one to be honest.

I have had a Paypal card for one week and have only managed to ever use it once.
It didn't work with 2 online transactions I tried to make and also at 3 different cashpoints.

Good interest rate, one of the best!! Quick acceptance. No problems what-so-ever. Can't understand why some people Knock it. I've had no problems at all getting it accepted all over Europe.

I must have a different Paypal Credit Card than the reviewers here. Mine is a Mastercard one and no problems at all getting it accepted. I applied through the Paypal website and was accepted. This card is not an Electron or Pre Paid one.
Only thing I find annoying is the time it takes to get online to look at my account etc. It takes ages.

This works great for me, as I get paid mostly via paypal so to be able to transfer my balance (only takes 24 hours) to a useable card is great. It does look a bit cheap, but who cares? Yes it is Electron, but this has become more widely accepted and I do check with the retailer if I am unsure if they accept it.
Compared to other prepaid cards it is easy and cheap. I had endless problems topping up other cards and the fees were high. I have only topped up via paypal, so I can't comment on other m ...

I have found my paypal top up card excellent. As I accept most of my income via paypal it is a very convenient way to access my money.
I have had no problems with it's use - I think it is considered more of a Visa Electron rather than visa debit.
The top-ups are free if you use your paypal acoount. I haven't tried paypoint or the post office yet.
The card does look a bit tacky - bright yellow and the numbers aren't embossed (as on Electron), but it does the job.
    Well done Paypal! ...

I don't think the PayPal Credit Card was worth the £4.95 fee for issuing. It looks and feel awful. Flimsy plastic, no embossing and the chip looks like I made it from tin foil.
I was unable to use in all 4 of the on-line transactions I've tried to complete, and only 1 of 3 retailers. Didn't work in Morrisons, or a restaurant and did work in Holland & Barrett. This is too unreliable, if you've no alternative payment method, it's highly embarrassing. In fact, to have any card rejected/decli ...
