Ordered two tickets for Amir Khan.Waited in excess of a week to be informed seller not able to supply(After chasing half a dozen times).Left without tickets.What a service!!! Could have bought elsewhere at similar price if informed earlier.

My husband bought tickets for James Morrion for our wedding Anniversary. 2 days before the event and our tickets have not been dispatched.
I have repeatedly contacted Viagogo via phone and e-mail and had no response. I am constantly put on hold then told that there is no-one to take the call. I managed to get through on Monday and was promised an e-mail confirming delivery - I have receieved nothing.

I sold tickets on Viagogo. When it works, it's great, but the real test is when you have a problem. I had an issue with the tracking number I had input to track my order and I was made aware of this late on Friday afternoon (the tickets I sold were for a concert on Saturday). Viagogo left a message on my phone with no contact details and said I should email them the correct tracking no. or hand deliver the tickets. It takes a detective to find their customer services number. as it is not on ...

I wanted to buy tickets to see Tommy Emmanuel. Imagine my disbelief to see that Via Gogo was selling tickets at 4-5 times the amount the venue charges and that there are plenty of tickets still available through the venue.
Needless to say I didn't purchase through Via Gogo, and I advise anyone to look at the venue website first.

good servive. had email backup for your purchases. a fair price but if you want the ticket so bad youd [ay it. its a good website to visit to get specific tickets.

The Viagogo system worked excellent. As a U.S. resident, I had some reservations about using a ticket resale system that I was completely unfamiliar with, but no worries. My tickets arrived exactly as ordered and in plenty of time for me to travel to Reading. I hope to return to Reading again and will definitely use Viagogo when I make my arrangements.

I am a travel agent and I have booked Viagogo tickets for some of my clients. They were very impresed with the concert and they didn't have any problems receiving the tickets. Beeing a last minute request they received the tickets at the stadium. Everything was ok.

Viagogo was a really good experience, from the initial website, through to ther follow up from your customer service guy, confirming arrangements for picking up the tickets on the day, through to to collection point.

It all worked effortlessly and I was made to feel like a real CUSTOMER (an unusual experience when internet shopping!)

viagogo is a great place to find sold out tickets for any event. Tickets are owned by individual sellers, but the viagogo customer service team always does what they can to ensure all goes smoothly. It's great to know my money's with a safe company, and i'm not taking any risks. If tickets can't be delivered they'll always find alternatives or give a full refund.

A friend booked my two colplay tickets for me on his computer and it was done with me giving him the details over the telephone as I don't have a computer at home! I booked the tickets the night before the concert so it was very last minute! He said it appeared all above board and it all seemed very efficient. Collecting my tickets just before the concert was very easy, I had had concerns about this, but it was all fine and dandy! Thank you viagogo!!

hard to tell where our seats were as no map of the venue (wembley stadium) was made available. we were told by a sales person that the seats would be together, but when we picked them up, we were sat seperately which was a major disappointment.

I was extremely wary about purchasing tickets online from someone other than the big ticket agents but my experience with Viagogo could not have been better. The customer service was exceptional - they even texted earlier in the day to advise of alternate contact numbers for collecting the tickets as the O2 network was experiencing problems. Easy to use. Very efficient. Booked late from overseas and tickets delivered to hotel on time. Very impressive. Guaranteed genuine tickets without worry of getting fakes. Well worthwhile, if you are willing to pay a bit over the odds for the tickets. Remember when yu bid or buy for a ticket, you have to allow for the booking fee on top of the price. It would have been helpful to know how much the Viagogo booking fee was before buying the tickets so this could be budgeted for prior to buyi ...

A good and reliable service, but expensive.My daughter wanted a ticket and after I could not get tickets through the main ticket distribution Viagogo was the next best and secure way to get a ticket.

Through Viagogo I have purchased not only Reading tickets but tickets for V and the Isle of White festivals this year. I have used this website for all the tickets I have bought this year simply for the reason that I was so satisfied with my first purchase.
