My husband booked tickets for Yusef Islam playing in the Royal Albert Hall on the 8th December.We paid £115 sterling each for tickets that appeared (according to seating plan on website) to be seated just a few rows from the stage.The tickets did not arrive to our home so we instructed that they be sent to our hotel,which they were,but were charged! Ordered a ticket to Madness over three months ago and was told I would get the ticket up to two weeks before the concert. Despite phoneing daily for the last week to find out where my tick was I have been told my ticket wont be here until tomorrow, the concerts tonight and it's a sell out. I got told to email the dispute email address to try and get my money back. Not impressed at all.

Delivery was perfect. You sent me an e-mail telling me that i'll receive the tickets within two working days and that actually happen.
It wasn't my first order i received before coldplay at the o2 arena tickets and it was good too.
Get me in is my number one website to buy tickets to events people can't get tickets two.

I am a seller not a buyer. The communication from Getmein is appalling, their customer service is dreadful and their response to my enquiry was so bad it might have been written by a 5yr old child.

The instruction from them to their courier was incorrect, as a result the tickets were not collected in time for the gig. I lost out on the sale, the buyer lost out on the gig and the tickets have mysteriously gone missing in transit, their courier UPS has no idea of where they are and Getmein are n ...

The service from Get Me In was good, but I suggest that you do not use UPS in future as to date Wed 02/12/09 I have still not received my tickets. UPS have lost the package and as a result I did not get to see Alice Cooper at all. I will be seeking to get the money back paid for these tickets and I am very annoyed with this situation!

Tickets despatched very quickly. Efficient service. Easy booking facility online showing all seats available in a clear manner. Would recommend service and use it again to buy tickets.

First time using GetMeIn and I was very impressed. All the information I needed before booking was easy to find on the website, including the measures in place to prevent unscrupulous touts from selling bogus tickets on the site, ordering was simple and tickets arrived within two days! We had bought 7 tickets for the Muse 02 friday 13th performance months ago. We had trouble with both sets of tickets. We ended up 2 friends going to the 13th performance and sitting tickets for 12th as our standing tickets had dissappeared. My son was at college so he missed the performance on 12th. Tickets were perfect, quick and easy to order with a recorded delivery. My husband and I had a brilliant night, yes they were very over priced but it was an excellent show.

TICKETS ARRIVED THE FOLLOWING DAY - EXCELLENT AND ALSO CONFIRMATION OF DESPATCH VIA EMAIL WAS GOOD, AFTER PREVIOULSY USING A FAKE WEBSITE TO BUY TICKETS AND BEING DISSAPOINTED WHEN THERE WAS NO SIGN OF THE TICKETS IT IS WORTH PAYING THE FEE TO GUARANTEE THAT YOU WILL RECEIVE THE TICKETS.I WILL USE THE SITE AGAIN NOW IF I NEED TO GET HOLD OF SOLD OUT TICKETS WHICH I REALLY CANT MISS OUT ON.

Tickets were easy to select and buy, everything straight forward. Kept well informed along the way about ticket arrival, and they arrived in plenty of time before concert.
great emails to keep me up to date with any forthcoming events.
One thing I did notice, was the fact that there was no time printed on ticket of when the concert was starting, so had to ring the O2 arena to find this out, would have been easier to see this printed.
I think I knew everything I needed to know before purchase. ...

i paid double the ticket value was really disappointed with the venue we didnt realise what the venue was like !we had tickets for the balcony and because it was standing we didnt have a good view it was more disappointing for my 14yr old son it was the first concert i had taken him to lily allen was good what we could hear.... think if there hadnt been as many people upstairs then it would of been better as downstairs they were packed in like sardines with people fainting
