This is the most unscrupulous company I have ever come across. They sold tickets with a face value of £30 for £65 and then added on 17% for the priviledge. They purchased tickets after I purchased them. Sharks who like to take advantage of anything that makes them money. They purchased from Ticketmaster but ignored their rules. Tickets cannot be sold on for more than their face value. Try telling Seatwave that.

I was ordering 16 tickets on behalf of my employer. At the time of ordering Seatwave was the only viable option to get the required type and number of tickets at an affordable price.As I hadn't used Seatwave before and the order was on behalf of my employer I was quite nervous. As things turned out booking was easy, I was given good support and information and all the tickets arrived in plenty of time for the night. Thank you Seatwave for a good service

This looks to be one of the only few genuine ticket exchange cites on the net. I got a great deal on my tickets, they were checked by the company and then sent to me and I was constantly receiving emails updating me on the sutus of my tickets until they reached me.

Super website, I wont be going anywhere else to look for discount tickets.

Keep it up! Keep it genuine! Keep the ticket scalpers out and prices genuine!

It was quick and easy to sell my tickets with no fuss. I sold my tickets within 24 hours and just had to send them to the buyer

I chose seatwave as I liked the seemingly very honest system and the good reputation. I had an orphaned extra ticket to sell but the situation was bit odd and the time was short. Yet they got back to my question very quickly, handled my case smoothly and non-problematically. My ticket went to a new happy home, the buyer enjoyed the show, and the payment came to me already. I was quite impressed, when there are so many crook ticket dealers out there. I would definitely come back here. Thanks!

Seatwave I have found to be an excellent means by which one can buy tickets to any event and have such a wide variety of choice. I have found it much easier to use than other such websites and strongly recommend it to all my friends. I found it to be a very efficient service and you know where you stand throughout the whole process, ie where your tickets are, have they been sent yet etc. Great website!!

ALTHOUGH THE SHOW WAS FANTASTIC OUR SEATS WERE AWFUL. I BOOKED 6 SEATS ON THE BALCONY BUT HAD NO IDEA THAT THE VIEW OF THE STAGE FROM THE VERY BACK ROW OF SEATS WHICH WE WERE ALLOCATED WAS VERY POOR. WE STUGGLED TO SEE THE STAGE, AND WE HAD 4 CHILDREN WITH US WHO HAD TROUBLE SEEING OVER HEADS. lUCKILY WE WERE ABLE TO MOVE TO SEATS IN ANOTHER BACK ROW WHICH HAD A SLIGHTLY BETTER VIEW.
I WOULD NOT BUY TICKETS FOR BALCONY SEATS AGAIN WITHOUT KNOWING THE THEATRE, I WISH WE HAD BEEN INFORMED OF THE P ...

Seatwave is by far the best place to buy and sell tickets, everything is set out in a way where its easy to place listings for tickets you want to sell and buy. Only thing I would think that could be better is more detailed info on other peoples sales e.g the date when there ticket was sold but other than that tiny thing I would say Seatwave is as good as it could be!

My tickets did not arrived until the day before the concert but when i called seatwave they inmediately contacted the seller and notified me fairly quickly of the status of my order. All in all, the tickets arrived on time by UPS. It is a pricey service but it was worth it and i had the opportunity to enjoy an amazing concert thanks to seatwave.

Have now used for both buying and selling. Really efficient and easy to use. When I gave the wrong bank details for a sale I was alerted immediately so that I could be paid promptly. Managed to get a ticket on the day with an easy collection point. My first choice for hot tickets!

I strongly recommend to a friend of mine to use seatwave either to buy or to sell a ticket. My only complaint is the booking fee which is very expensive, considering the fact that the ticket itself is already very expensive. Anyway, if you are craving to see your favourite band already sold out, seatwave is the answer...

I think the service was brilliant, before my purchase I regarded Seatwave as a kind of ebay, but I Seatwave are very far away from that, they delivered what was promised. The booking fee is quite expensive, I bought 2 tickets in a far zone (from the stage) for the same price I could hve bought 2 top price tickets at the box office...but then again, Seatwave was one of a few places with tickets available!
I am quite happy the service was quick and that even the courier was reliable.

I was so glad that I could buy the tickets after missing out on buying them the first time. I would definitely recommend Seatwave, I collected the tickets from Trocadero HMV and it was really easy.
