    I have just come back from an holiday to orlando, florida which I booked with holiday genie and everything was spot on, the staff very helpful (I booked with Alasdair, he was really helpful) the whole package was a third I would have paid elsewhere and everything went through fine.
    I would definetly use them again and recommend them to friends.

    WE USED HOLIDAY GENIE IN 2008 FOR ARE HOLIDAY TO DUBAI, WE HAD NO TROUBLE AT ALL WITH THEM AND WILL BE USING THEM FOR THIS YEAR. THE STAFF ARE VERY NICE AND WILL BE HAPPY TO HELP.

    we booked a holiday feb 2009 for christmas holiday which was the cheapest for florida we could get,but we phoned to pay off the balance and was told someone will have to ring me back, nobody did after phoning four more times i was told to speak to the person who made the reservaions and they gave me her direct no. she told me that one of my flights had been cancelled and there was no other flights for the date i needed.She offered us an other holiday or said we can have our depostit ba ...

    I booked a villa, car and flight to Florida for aug 09 through Holiday Genie. They were so helpful, very informative and the holiday was fantastic. They were there at the end of the phone for any queries and even kept in touch with me when i was looking for an extra flight for my daughter. Even when I arrived at the departure airport and discovered I did not have the car hire documents, they calmed me down and sorted it out in 10 minutes.     Awful company - stay Away!!!
    Found Holiday Genie via travelsupermarket when i was looking for a cheap air fare from London to Bangkok.
    They seemed cheap so i booked via them , gave my credit card and personal details and was told booking confirmed - even given a reference number.
    To my surprise they sent an email saying flight reservation failed.
    After calling them for explanation they refused to honour my booking and requested an extra 40 pounds as the fare was no longer available.

    my experience with holidaygenie.com was pretty nice.i took a flight to New York and was pleased to find a good bargain so i would say that it is a good option to try out.

    I first used Holidaygenie.com when i was flying to Dubai with my family. I was so glad of using holidaygenie.com as they made it all so easy for me. The car i wanted was there at the very time i got there, i mean on the Dubai airport and most of all the cheap tickets were the best buy for me. I would highly recommend people use holidaygenie.com. Mainly the guyz at holidaygenie.com are really helpful....

    Had very bad experience with Holiday Genie; very bad service; will never use it again.
    Very unhelpful and reluctant to do anything for you after you paid money; bounce to other members of staff, promise to call you back, until you get fed up.

    We did the usual ring a round to get prices for our Florida trip and whilst Holiday Genie weren't the cheapest the way they helped us with our enquiry without "pushing a sale" impressed us and so we stuck with them. They didn't let us down either. We got exactly what we wanted and, having now returned from our trip, we would certainly recommend them and book with hem again.

    I booked with Holiday Genie to go to new york and las vegas and they were extremely helpfull and gave me lots of advice about hotels etc. everything went smooth no problems at all.

    On booking I was told that everything was taken care of. I found out on paying the balance that there were no transfers arranged and they wanted 150 pound. the day before i paid the balance the invoice gave the balance amount and i spoke to them about transferring the money, but the day I rang to pay they put the holiday up by 280 pound. when I complained the staff were unhelpful and rude

    I have booked a holiday to Dubai, going with my disabled mother - I clearly requested private car transfer from the airport to the hotel - even though I have this on first written confirmation from the agent when my final invoice came thorugh but this has not yet been honoured it seems, I have to take the shuttle or pay for private transfer which could cost as musc as £100.00? This is not right and in my opinion is should be by law that they must provide private transfer as per my first ...
