Good Points: I can't think of one.

    Bad Points: Terrible customer service

General comments: I asked Saxon Mortgage from the beginning if my home equity loan was a fixed rate. The agent/broker assured me that it was. After the loan was two years old and I finally actually read all of the pages, I learned that the loan was fixed, for 3 years, then it became an ARM.
When I contacted the company about this, their attitude was, " well you should have asked before you signed the loan." When I explained that I had done this, they replied, " well, you should have read all the pages before you signed."
The ARM information was located on page 9 and it is not in bold or anyway that you would notice.
