    Good Points: Everything. Customer service, ease of use. Call centre in UK, with English speaking operators. Interest on account.


    Bad Points: As yet never found one in 12 years.


    General comments: I would whole heartedly recommend Norwich and Peterborough Building Society. As yet I have not found a single reason to find one single fault. Even though there isn't a branch near me, if you happy to telephone and/or Internet bank, then this is the place for you. I am not an employee, but if they treat their staff as they treat their customers, then it'd be a great place to work.
