Fantastic week for all the family, the groups you are put into works out great, it forces people to be social, adds to the atmosphere of the holiday. Quality of the food is not the greatest but edible, family quiz does not allow the children to answer questions all the way through not really a family quiz so not all join in as they maybe ought to, swimming pool needs to open a hour earlier and close a hour later. A great opportunity to try out different experiences, a safe environment with great ...- Read Guest's review (95 words)

Overall I thought it was an amazing trip to PGL Barton Hall in Devon. I liked the canoeing the best. The disco was good but most of us found it hard to make friends with the other school(s). The meals of which barton hall produced were great. You had a great variety of things. the dorms were great. The on-suites were excellent, they were clean and the bath was a 2 in 1` bath and shower.- Read Guest's review (113 words)

The staff at Barton Hall were all enthusiastic, the families in our group were friendly and we've all stayed in touch. The accommodation in the chalets were basic but cosy. Absolutely nothing bad to say. I loved the evening activities, scavenger hunt was really good, quiz nights were fun and a laugh for the children! Definitely the best holiday we've been on!- Read Guest's review (62 words)

I absolutely LOVED it here, the staff are very friendly and enthusiastic, the families in our group were really kind and we all stayed in touch.
The evening activities are the best, The talent show and disco were very funny and the quizzes make you realise how little you know about general knowledge!
We are definitely coming back it has been my families favourite holiday!
Thanks PGL!!- Read uzzelll's review (69 words)

Like I said we did 14 activities which were catwalk, aeroball, quad biking, mountain biking, problem solving, climbing, zip wire, sensory trail, canoing, raft building, survivor, team games, trampolining and last but not least abseiling. I will give you a few facts on some of them Problem Solving: It challenged your brain but it was still fun it also involved a see-saw! Zip Wire- Jumping out of a building and zooming down the wire!! Trampolining: Learning moves playing games and having 20 sec to ...- Read Guest's review (233 words)

I have arrived home today from a long weekend at Barton Hall with my family. I am so tired after just two full days of activities but there were many families there for a week. However, no matter how tired I am, I would still have loved to stay even longer and I did not want to leave.
The activities I took part in were:
Canoeing, Raft Building, Aeroball, Dry Slope Skiing, Archery, Abseiling, Climbing (indoors) and Quad Biking. This is just a small number of the fantastic activities available ...- Read Alisse's review (624 words)
