Wrote to moneyway 6 months ago to give notice to close my account. Have been in regular contact since. Account close a few days ago. 1st letter i recieve is a demand for money with a sentence threatening debt collection action. I have no idea where the balance has come from as i pay regularly to them by direct debit and this has never been mentioned and no statement has been sent. This has completely changed my opinion of them and I will never recommend them to anyone.

I've been a Moneyway Onebill account holder for over 10 years, service just gets worse and worse. They stopped paying my bills as a payment had been misplaced. I had to contact all my direct debit providers and ask them to represent. Had charges from some companies which Onebill would not take responsibility for even though they admitted putting my money in wrong place.

I have used Moneyway formerly secure homes one bill account to pay my bills for the past 10 years after recently requesting a statement realised that the charges and payment protection were much more than i thought.During these difficult times we are trying to save money anywhere we can.

We decided to close the one bill account and sort it out ourselves and found that they charged us 6 MONTHS MANAGEMENT FEE TO CLOSE THE ACCOUNT.This was £110. I found this extortionate.I don't know where i ...

They never ever bothered paying my T.V Licence even though i sent them every bill as i was advised to, ended up with red letters and court threats from T.V Licence. I had to pay them myself which was costing me more money. Never explained to my satisfaction why they weren't paying it. I told them to take the t.v licence bill of my Moneyway account and they charged me £1 to do so! l also had problems with Water bill payments because of them, nearly getting me into big trouble yet again. I ...

I am closing my account with moneyway as the customer service is poor, I can no longer pay at my local branch where there were very friendly staff which are no longer going to be there. What happened to this human touch brand that they mentioned?

OneBill seems to be working really well for me. I'm not bad at managing my finances but I did need a little help to get them paid on time. So far my account is be doing what I needs it to! I'd advise it to other people, I've been very impressed so far.
